Iberico pork ribs steam baked overnight in a sambal marinade and aburi-ed with buah keluah - this was pretty great too! the meat was very soft and fell off the bones immediately, and the flavouring was strong and good with that slight buah keluah taste. They’re currently having a 1 for 1 promotion till end March, with 1 for 1 main dishes with purchase of any starter.

I’m a huge fan of sashimi and mentaiko, so this was really an ideal choice for me. Salmon sashimi topped with mentaiko and torched to perfection!! I particularly liked how they were generous with their sashimi. But would I choose this over their signature truffle beef bowl? Probably not. Because while it’s really good, it wasn’t exceptionally amazing. Nonetheless, I still really enjoyed this
Best kept secret of Clarke Quay has gotta be this. Each trio of sourdough toast is generously topped with smashed avocado, onsen egg, and your choice of smoked salmon or chicken. The Mala Smoked Salmon {$15} is slightly on the pungent side, and definitely for those seeking an extra numbing kick with their brunch.
Look out for their daily menu on Instagram!

OUT OF THE WORLD COMFORT FOOD!!!!! One of the signatures of The Backyard Bakers is this signature pulled pork sandwich which was huge on flavours. The pulled pork is stewed for hours and the beef essence just melted in with the cheese, onions and break, it’s a party in the mouth. Highly recommended.
Twosome noodles ($9.50+) + 18pcs Fried Wanton ($8+) for lunch. After using 1-1 on burrple beyond for the noodles, it’s only about $5+! $5 for thick slabs of char siew, crunchy roast pork and 3 pcs of wanton! So worth it 😋
Don’t forget to add the crispy lard onto your noodles for the crunch!
Looking like a Thai green curry or a Nonya curry, this was a creation of their distinct light and flavourful broth with fragrant creamy coconut milk. Not spicy so it was definitely easy for anyone to enjoy, especially those who love the lemak Asian flavours with coconut.
5🌟 | Perfectly torched mentaiko atop a generous layer of cubed salmon which was so fresh. All of that combined with the nicely cooked Jap rice is just simply amazing! With burpple beyond 1-for-1, the price makes me so happy too.
