The flour tortillas were baked to a nice crisp, while the slices of beef were really tender and juicy. However, we found it a little too greasy, as it was literally dripping with oil as we held it up. There wasn’t much avocado in them either.

This was pretty underwhelming for $18.90.. The smoked salmon tasted alright, and the poached egg was nicely done. My boyfriend woofed it down in less than 10 minutes :o This dish is definitely on the pricier side.

Very generous chunks of avocado right there! They were perfectly ripened, and the saltiness of the feta cheese adds an interesting flavour to the typical avo on toast. They also nailed the poached egg:) Definitely give this dish a try~

On a side note, the staff might not be the friendliest, as the cafe was packed and you may get the impression that you’re being hurried away.

What a genius creation this was! We really enjoyed the sandwich despite never having considered the possibility of unagi and croissant together. The sweet unagi sauce in the buttery croissant was a very interesting flavour.

The cake was light and fluffy. We initially though it was marshmallow on top but nope it was just cream dusted with literally over-the-top tiramisu powder. Absolutely loved that the cake doesn’t have the typical overpowering taste of liquor.

What a stunner this was. Sandwiched between a thick crispy waffle were some whipped cream, fresh strawberries, and finished off with a dust of powdered sugar.

The chrysanthemum softserve was light and refreshing. Really liked how it came with only half a waffle as there might have otherwise been too much waffle to finish the ice cream with. The osmanthus jelly was really nice too.

Easily one of the best dense cheesecakes I’ve had! We asked the waitress for her recommendation, and this was her cake of choice.

The cheesecake at the edges tasted pretty average, but centre was so creamy and soft... wow it was spectacular. The dollop of cream was light and milky too.

A very decent plate of hokkien mee! It was neither overly oily nor salty, and the bits of lard were well received by most. Do give it a try!

Absolutely love the build-your-own concept here:) Fun aside, the sliders tasted pretty bomb. The sweetness of the caramelised onions brings out the flavour of the bakkwa really well

A truly hearty meal for one! Even though the unagi don is smaller, the sides that came with the set were really satisfying:) The tamago doesn’t have the typical sweetness to it, and the dessert of the day was mochi!

These were literally bursting with flavours! The sauce was sweet but savoury at the same. Wrapped with a fatty gourmet bakkwa, the rolls were ‘pan seared’ and plated beautifully.
