Cream puff filled with rich & creamy custard while the outer crust is crisp. Hokkiado BIEI Jersey Milk Latte was rich and smooth.

the iconic baristart creampuff is worth all the hype it gets. it’s ex but it’s huge and the cream is SO milky and smooth, they used hokkaido milk for the cream. nothing but the best. and the exterior!!! so crunchy like a cookie w the sprinkles to add extra crunch. you have to try

honestly this was a waste of money at like $7 i think. there was barely any hint of the hokkaido milk. pretty but just tasted like a slightly upgraded ikea ice cream.

The ice cream was really smooth and was made using Baristart's Hokkaido milk, which added a really creamy profile to the ice cream. Of the two flavours, we liked the coffee flavour more as it was mellow and slightly bitter but still enjoyable on the overall. Furthermore, even the coffee soft serve retained the creamy profile of Baristart's soft serve ice cream. However, we felt that the coffee flavour overpowered the vanilla flavour after a while and the entire cup tasted like coffee thereafter.

A pretty enjoyable for $6++ overall! Do visit early as the shop closes by 9 pm and last orders are at 8.30 pm; furthermore, the shop gets really crowded later in the night and that was the reason we chose to visit at 7 pm for our dessert! 😋

Finally had this again, but dine in this time

Their crust loses crisp, so it was a delight when you have it immediately. It's the airy kind with a good crisp, and the nut crumbles adds a crunch to it. Cream was voluptuous and utterly indulgent as always.

Don't say one of the best, I think this is strictly the best. If anyone has had a better cream puff do shout out(allium's one doesn't count since they don't serve it anymore)

We decided to pair our cream puff with one of Baristart's Txpresso, which is basically a tea latte made with Hokkaido milk! Although we were very satisfied with the rooibos flavour we tried previously, we decided to go with the hojicha flavour today. However, we were a little disappointed because the hojicha flavour was really light and it was kinda overpowered by the milk in the latte. Perhaps more roasted tea leaves could be used to make the tea?

The drink is priced at $7 ++ as well, which is a tad expensive but we would say that the cup is much bigger than that at most cafes! Would be back to try their other flavours in future!
