Forget those flat and inconsistent and expensive ones from cafes - go for the real deal .
Ask for your pancakes to be โ cooked wellโ if you prefer an American style pancake as opposed to a soufflรฉ style ( which is a little wet inside ).
Pancakes were rly soft n fluffy, n the matcha flavour went well w it. The brown sugar sauce was smokey n intense w the pancakes too, and the mochi balls were chewy and bouncy as well. I liked that the whipped cream lent a light n nice touch to the dish too :-)
Went on a Saturday afternoon and there was a long queue, had to wait around ~20-30mins. Decided to get the 4 piece plain pancakes ($7.90) and added an extra topping of vanilla icecream ($1).
SO SURPRISING!!! so much btr than expected the pancakes were sooo soft, and the fresh cream was v light!! Paired together with the vanilla ice-cream, yuuuum hehe like soft and sweet and the butter provides a little salty-ness.. ๐

Verdict: Would definitely come back again to have more or try the other flavours heheh. For 2pax, you can just share 4pieces because it actually filled us up HAHAHAH
These pancakes look amazing! ๐ I think they really nailed the presentation. We ordered 4 stacks of millefeuille pancakes for sharing, the pancakes were warm, soft and melt in your mouth. They were very filling even though two of us shared a plate, so itโs highly recommended to go for lesser stacks if you are not a big eater.
cute pancake cafe located at bugis. these ones for yโall with sweet tooth. reasonable menu price. four pieces of grilled apple with homemade caramel pancake @ $12.20. super fluffy. although waiting time can take quite awhile, the wait is worth at the end. ๐ฅ
As my friend was craving for some pancake and we are in Bugis area, I suggested to have Belle Ville which is known for their pancakes. I ordered the 8 pics Matcha with Rice Ball and Red Bean Pancake ($16.20) while my friends ordered the 4 pics Strawberry and Mixed Berry Pancake ($14.40) & 4 pics Chocolate and Grilled Banana Pancake ($12.20). The Pancake was soft and fluffy with the hint of bitterness from the Matcha. The pancake is not cooked completely in order to get that wobbly and runny texture I'm looking for. I tried my friend Strawberry and Mixed Berry Pancake and it was not bad with the fresh fruit and cream & for my friend's Chocolate and Grilled Banana Pancake, I can taste the smokiness from the banana and the raw taste of the pancake compared to my friend who ordered the Strawberry and Mixed Berry Pancake.
Do note that do not have a main before coming here as a dessert as it is pancake which is flour. Hence, if you wish to have the pancake. It will be both a main and a dessert.
was craving pancakes for the looooongest time and finally satisfied it with Belle-ville โs ๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐ข ๐๐๐ ๐ผ๐๐ก๐๐ ๐ฑ๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐ฟ๐๐๐๐๐๐ and i rly liked it !! it was light and fluffy - shared it with a friend so i didnโt find it jelak at all like what many said they felt ; i donโt usually enjoy whipped cream but theirs went well with the pancakes!! the berries in between the layers of pancake provided sweetness and sourness which was damn tasty๐คค do expect 15-20 min waiting time tho bc they are made upon order ๐ฅ๐ฅ
We ordered the strawberry and mixed berry pancakes ($14.40 for 4 layers). The pancakes were really very good and they were very generous with the cream filling!!! Really enjoyed every bite of it โบ๏ธ
Would recommend getting the 4 layers one cos itโs just a $3 top up from the 2 layer one which looked quite sad HAHAHA. It is also very filling so would highly recommend sharing it with someone. We also ordered their royal milk tea which was sadly not to our liking... but overall would recommend trying out this place and the cafe has very nice cosy setting for people to catch up with each other ๐๐ป
For this sweet treat, you have the option to choose between a stack of 4 or 8. Do note that their cooking style of pancakes is to serve them when theyโre are 80% cooked. So, donโt be alarmed. Pancake wise, i love the combination caramelised apples and caramel sauce. iโll definitely go back and order the same thing!
My partner for todayโs review ordered the chocolate and grilled banana pancake. Inside the pancake, there were some stuffings of fresh banana. if you love banana and chocolate, i think this is something for you.
Lovely pancakes that our group of 4 had! It's fluffy and paired well with the cream (vanilla). You can adjust the sweetness of the pancake by controlling the amount of syrup that you choose to drizzle on. This really brings the pancake experience to another level- better than souffle ones! The service staff was really friendly too, so kudos for making this afternoon experience joyous.
Soft, pillowy and eggy pancakes. Looks like it came out of an anime. T__T so delicious. This is my favourite out of the other flavoured pancakes that Iโve ordered here.
fluffy hot pancakes with sweet toppings! makes a good dessert but best to share among more people! cafe was slightly small so might be squeezy.

Service was friendly but a bit slow. Reasonable though, considering that each pancake is made to order.
Each pancake was fluffy as promised and subtly sweet. Caramelised apple was good.
Iโm the type that can eat pastries for days, but I found that 8 pieces was simply too much for 2 people...

Belle ville was on my wish list for far too long and thankfully the eggy thin pancake stacks that disintegrated easily were a pure joy. First proper recollection of Japanese styled pancakes and I personally enjoyed it โจ
What a disappointment. Looked really different from the menu. Pancakes were just so ordinary - was soft but nothing from what I expected. At $14.40++, the fruits given were stingy. Not worth the price paid.
Opted for the 4pc option(14.4sgd bef GST) Pancakes were light and moist. Hokkaido cream was rich and complemented the base. A good dessert for sharing after meal or otherwise good for a hungry one.
