Had lunch in this cafe/bar near my workplace, and was really satisfied with the food!
The Melba breakfast ($27) had a variety of ingredients and they were all cooked very well and I loved their bacon especially, as it had a good sear without being too hard. Definitely a very filling portion as well!
Tried my friend's beef stew (part of $25 lunch set) and the beef were so flavourful and tender! Lovely pieces to go with the creamy mash under.
A big place to have conversations with your colleagues and friends. Definitely recommended!
They have improved their ingredients. This is so mich better than early this year.
Avocado, spinach, mushroom, cheese, potato.. My all time favourite food.. Love it.
I can eat breakfast food all day er day ◡̈
The place is good for big group and they have alot of food selections.
I love my vegetarian breakfast which i ate for dinner .. hahaha..
This is just an amazing alternative to potato fries. So glad to have this option. These fries are truly amazing, bringing together the sweetness of the chip and the spiciness of the marinate, all merging together with the tangy dip. A definite must have the next time I return.
Really like the moist sponge layers and that the cinnamon taste was not as strong as some of the versions I have tried. The walnut pieces gave this dessert a nice crunch & added texture to the cake.
Lovely flavours and aroma of mushroom & truffle oil but really small a serving for the $23 price tag.
The cream is light and the cake is soft. The carrot taste is not strong. I prefer less cream.

Highly customisable omelette with 2 choice of bread: potato/rye. Omelette comes with a selection choice of toppings such as ham/cheese/onion/mushroom/tomato. Good ambience, suitable for family gathering on a sunday morning
A farewell brunch brought me to Cafe Melba (great spot for group things by the way) and I had no idea that a spot this beautiful was tucked away in Mediapolis. I'm a sucker for an interesting feature wall and the one here did not disappoint - bejeweled with hexagony things.
If you like sitting outside in the... humidity, there's a nice al fresco setting with a bouncy castle (that many of us wanted to take over 😬).
I had the Mushroom Ravioli ($18) because... if a menu has ravioli, I need to have it. You get a plate of... I think it was 7 cheese filled ravioli covered in a garlicky arrabbiata sauce, topped with a mushroom fricasee and crushed hazelnuts. It was ok, I personally prefer ravioli with the mushrooms inside the little parcels and the sauce might be a little salty for some (I don't mind the kiamkiam).
It wasn't the best (maybe I'm picky cos other people liked it), but for $18 it was a generous portion, the service was good as was the setting.
👍🏼
Good steak is hard to find. Good steak with a pocket friendly price is even harder. To be honest, I didn't set high expectations before my visit. But the Char-grilled New Zealand grass fed rib eye served with piping hot crispy fries at @cafemelbasingapore pleasantly surprised me! 😉 The steak was prepared with medium wellness and it was tender and flavourful.
This was my first visit to Cafe Melba located within the Mediacorp campus and I think the Goddess of luck was by my side. Not only did I get to savour good food, I bumped into my idol - Zoe Tay at the cafe too! 😁😁 Now we have more reasons to patronise the cafe. 😘
Thin and crisp pizza crust, layered with home cured bacon, honey ham, pork pepperoni, tomato sauce, and gooey mozzarella.
Tastes so much better than it looks.

Was thinking twice to post this hidden gem at one north. Situated within the new Mediacorp building, this cafe serves up a delectable menu with reasonable prices. Had the Melba Burger and it did not disappoint. Sandwiched between sesame brioche buns were everything that a burger needs: juicy patty, melted swiss cheese, fresh veg (lettuce, pickled beetroot, pineapple and tomato). Option to add bacon/egg available. Will definitely come back again as sources tell me that their pizzas are good as well :)
The syrup was rather too sweet for my liking but the toast were lovely with a dash of cinnamon on them. Great for kids to have for breakfast or snack.
Not too bad. Steak was pretty juicy. #sgfood #burpple #sgfoodporn #foodpornsg #cafemelba #cafemelbasingapore #cafemelbamediapolis
