Serving up quality western cuisine at affordable prices, pop by this restaurant in Funan Mall for lunch with friends! Burppler Hui Ying Ang's go-to order at COLLIN'S would be the Mixed Grill ($20), which comes with generous cuts of juicy chicken chop, succulent summer kabana pork sausage and pork chop grilled to perfection, served with seasonal vegetables, mushroom potato au gratin and a side of pesto cream sauce and black pepper sauce. Very good value for money. Beware - the pork chop is really bad and tough, but for $10 after burpple i really can't complain. Can give the truffle fries ($6) a miss - it was the thick cut kind and barely had any truffle taste.

1 for 1 with burpple beyond!

This platter came with a sausage, pork chop, and half a grilled chicken. The sides included a small piece of potato gratin (hiding under the meat) and very salty sautéed vegetables. I thought the sausage and chicken was nothing special but the pork chop was especially bad. The thick chunk of meat didn't have any hint of fat so it ended up being extremely dense and TOUGH.

Oh well. I still prefer their student meal and tea time set!
