I am surprised that with such a wide variety of cuisine and dishes, most of the dishes at Colony are of excellent quality. There are quite a few note-worthy dishes, make sure to try those.

@ritzcarltonmilleniasingapore Seafood Dinner! The #mightylaksa features the Colony Laksa from the Noodle atop with Grilled Boston Lobster from the Grill & Rotisserie section. This is usually what I do whenever I go for Seafood buffet 😋

rly good!!! tender and flavourful. wish i could go for a second serving but had to save space to try EVERYTHING on the menu

if you don’t leave room for the dessert, we can’t talk. because i did that exactly and i’m here to warn you against it. the dessert may just be the Highlight of the entire buffet. very good patisserie style mini desserts. the mini chocolate tartlet🥺🥺 lives in my head rent free. really do try everything

Set came with champagne! However, some of the food was abit of a hit and miss. Overall, a really good experience.
