This is apparently a new and improved version showcasing wok-fried flat noodles in a moreish truffle gravy. It also comes with slices of A4 Kagoshima wagyu, crispy deep-fried hor fun strips and poached egg. This is a multi-sensual enjoyment packed with flavours and textures. A must order here.

This one is perfect for group-sharing. Their Wagyu Truffle Beef Hor Fun ($68) that is generous in portion and features slices of A4 Kagoshima wagyu soaked in truffle-gravy that melted in our mouths.

Hidden behind a fridge at a Circular Road Kopitiam, this speakeasy restaurant & bar marks a new partnership between Ebb and Flow Group & @tunglokgroup

The Dragon Chamber is for diners who are looking for a culinary adventure at every turn.

Slated to open on 1st April at this new location, the “secret society” restaurant will offer access to a 32-seater Kopitiam as well as a full-fledged 12-seater bar that opens till late.
The kopitiam will serve breakfast & lunch, offering classics such as wanton mee, toast & aromatic kopi.

P2: Roasted Pig Tail $28.
Fat-insulated meat is encased within deliciously charred skin, completely with crunchy & refreshing lettuce wraps that help to balance the meaty indulgence.

P3: The Dragon Claw $48.
The foot of a Singapore-farmed crocodile is soused in braised herbal sauce and perched on a bed of kale.
The bold will be rewarded with amino acids & potassium, which help to prevent heart disease

P4: D*** Soup $30.
Featuring crocodile penis in a chicken & pork based soup that has been double-boiled for six hours
