Chorizo Iberico Croquetas w/ Piquillo Pepper Salsa ($8/ 2 pcs)
Ok NGL this tasted like breadtalk ham and cheese bread LOL. There was this same cheese flavour that was so reminiscent of the bread, and I couldn't untaste it after someone pointed it out 😂.

Red prawn paella ($34)
This is made with lobster rice, Mediterranean Prawn, and saffron aioli. There's a really strong prawn and seafood taste, which seafood lovers would enjoy. Some paella rice bits were lightly crisp as well!

Heard so much about Esquina @esquinasg and yes, finally I am here! Esquina, a Modern Spanish Restaurant located near Keong Saik offers counter seats with open kitchen concept at level 1, and a dining room at the level 2. First time here and don’t know what to order, highly recommend going for their 10th Anniversary Menu at $138.00++ that you can try many of their signatures at one go.

We hv repeated this very popular restaurant twice in a month, each visit chef never fail to surprise us with new creations. This time is the Pork Jowl, Spanish Suckling Pig & their Basque Cheese Cake. We are equally happy to repeat some of their dishes like the Smoked Burrata & French Foie Gras Always walk out with a happy belly 😋 ☺

Love seafood? This uni and lobster paella is one of the courses in Esquina's tasting menu and it was so satisfying. The paella goes well with the generous chunks of sea urchin and lobster. A very premium tasting tapas course.

“Ebro Delta” smoked eel toast, ensaladilla rusa, kristal caviar

Best tasting and most expensive dish. Smoked eel tasted like sashimi to me and the flavours worked well together. Gone in 2 bites. Order if you are feeling indulgent.

Their dishes were pricey in general given the small portion sizes. Not really worth the $ for me. Tasty but not wowed.
