This is a take on the Asian Kong Bak (braised pork belly) bun and boy was it like the real deal. The golden crust to fluffy bun ratio was perfect, and instead of having to pull the meat from under the bun, the meat melted away with each bite. What’s special is the slice of yam that hidden in between. Can’t blame me for having one too many!

Seated on the pedestal looking pretty in pink is @goodwoodparkhotelsg's new Kiwi Dragonfruit Manuka Honey snowskin mooncake, where kiwi purée is studded with dragonfruit cubes, and enhanced with the sweet floral perfume of manuka honey. If you look closely, it's even dusted with gold flakes.

The Snowskin Combo Set also comes with Mango with Pomelo Snowskin, and Goodwood's signature D24 durian mooncakes. But my favourite has to be the Cempedak... yes I like it even more than their Durian!

Checked out @GoodwoodparkHotelSG Coffee Lounge Taiwan Porridge Buffet for our first time recently, and the dishes are quite extensive and hearty. The buffet runs during lunch and dinner hours, and it is an unlimited serving of the 30 savoury a la carte dishes, along with a dessert buffet.

While they're still serving durian desserts in season till 14 July, you can try these light and fluffy souffle freshly baked using D24 pulp.

It's crisped lightly with icing sugar on the outside, and came with a soft and velvety mousse-like centre. Swipe to see the texture within.

Seen pouring into the souffle (yes into, because the server would a make a little hole at the top) is caramel sauce which complements the durian flavour. Freshly made to order, so allow for approximately 20 minutes of preparation time.

I love this so much and I'll absolutely return for it again. It's a perfect combination - coconut milk and durian - and I was told by an IG friend that the peranakans have been eating it this way, or mixing it with steamed rice, as she would do at home.

At Goodwood Park, this came with two indulgent pieces of pure D24 durian pulp-coated seeds in creamy coconut milk. It boasted authentic flavours from pandan leaves as well as gula melaka, the quintessential ingredients in Peranakan sweets.

It's probably as traditional and authentic as it can get at Goodwood Park, because it is based on a heritage recipe specially taught to the hotel’s chefs by a true-blue Nonya Bibik.

And to answer the many questions on whether you can bring home this cute ceramic durian husk six-pack container, the answer is yes! It is $25.50++ including a portion of the Bibik Santan D24 Durian Dessert, or $20 per piece without the dessert.
