King of Fried Rice🍚finally arrived at a location that’s more accessible to us, so we had to try it out!🥳We usually prefer shrimp🍤 fried rice over pork chop so that was what we’ve ordered. Was a well executed plate of shrimp egg fried rice to us, with bouncy shrimps and fragrant fried rice with wok hey. However, not that spectacular in our opinion for the 1h queue and wait. For the price, maybe we should give the pork chop fried rice a shot next time🤔.
The stall staff who made the noodles has very lousy attitude. I ask for more chili which he did obliged but not without throwing it into my bowl grumpily. It’s not my first time experiencing this attitude fm the various staff who prepares the noodles. Seriously why do they always hv to serve with such attitude? The food were nice but the service is really disappointing. Plus... the noodles they serve today is really so much lesser than the usual. I wonder why...

This is indeed BoBo's Cheese Chicken Ball Pop (the cheese just POPS in your mouth in a single bite 😋 - be warned) and Fish Fries, but nope, l did not buy it frozen from the supermarket to cook; it was already ready for me to eat, all thanks to BoBo's ready-to-eat vending machines that are in the midst of being planted in different parts of Singapore - right now they are available in NTU's Crescent Hall and SMU's law building.

At Tea Festival 2017. Love the way the lemon custard cuts through the light fluffy tea sponge cake. The cake sweetness is just right and amount of cream not to feel it's too heavy.

Lovely at first to the half of the cake. But the cream makes you feel to full after the next half

Duck confit prepared about 12 hours, flesh that fell off the bone. Mixed salad, which included nuts and pomegranate seeds, by the side was tossed in a citrussy tangy dressing. Of course, slow roasted chicken inspired by the signature of @poulet, a different interpretation by Chef Joshua. Lighter in seasonings, garnished with corn kernels and mushrooms. My favorite was the prawn and garlic angel hair pasta. Huge juicy tiger prawns lying snugly on a bed of pasta. Spicy chorizo provided that comforting heat and a pleasant salty aftertone. I do find this addictive and would go back for it again.

** First time trying Hey Tea. The Cheezo King Fone was surprisingly good and you can definitely taste the quality of the tea. The grapefruit tea on the other hand was refreshing however I would still prefer the former. Definitely recommend to try out if the queue is not long. ———————————————
