Instead of proper diced chicken, nearly half of it was just crispy chicken skin. It feel more like a crunchy filler than a satisfying dish. While the flavours were alright, it didn’t feel worth the price for what was essentially a skin-heavy dish rather than the hearty, meaty bite I expected 》$13.80
Nothing fancy, just an average bowl of MXG that gets the job done. The medium spice level brings warmth without overwhelming, making it a reliable choice when a quick mala fix is all I need 》$21
I wanted upsize and they didn't disappoint. Hahaha. Ate til explode. I was also worried about sour & spicy noodle but it's satisfying! Impressive ingredients and acceptable flavours.
Green curry chicken with rice @ $5.50
Not bad, and it's got a bit of spiciness (some places serve simply sweet green curry). Ingredients are quite generous too.
It's fine but that's because it's green curry what. Nothing special.
I felt U Mian ($4.00) @ Kopitiam (Hougang 1) was quite soft and overcooked noodles. But I felt that not much springly feel for the noodles. I want to go outside for hunting ban mian shop.
