This is one of the classic noodle dishes on the menu at Mademoiselle Tang Noodle which I like. The combination of minced a
nd fried pork served in soup makes it unique as most soup dishes do not contain fried items. The quail eggs, vegetables and black fungus add flavour to the dish. This dish costs $12.90 before GST and service charge and is value for money given that it is tasty and served in a large bowl.
We went with a spicier broth for our second bowl of rice noodles. It came with bits of chicken, chives, bean sprouts and beancurd skin. While it looked unassuming, the broth carried a kick of spice, though it was less numbing than I was expecting for a rattan pepper base. Would have liked the flavour here punchier!
I’m a huge fan of wild mushroom soups and was excited to try this after passing by several times! There were three types of mushrooms used in the broth and you get to choose either steamed or fried pork for the pairing meat. Noodle options include the rice noodles, sweet potato noodles, and a couple more, but we went with their signature rice noodles.
Though the chicken chunks were a tad dry, the clear broth was super flavourful and comforting. Noodles were soft with an easy bite. Will definitely be back to try more!
I really like this place. I thought this dish has interesting ingredients and it's dry so I tried it. Mix it up and it was decent. The tofu however was quite meh. Soup at this restaurant was obviously delicious. Separately, I was surprised they have a self-service kiosk with free-flow cucumber.
Help yourself to them, all of them were pretty decent
What's unique are the sauces and condiments, for example the douchi(fermented black soybean). It's strong and authentic, goes well w their milder items
The toppings, esp the trio of minced meat, were all intense and well executed. However the tofu suffocates everything, making it too mild and just tasting like tofu pudding
Blasphemous as it is, I would advise you to remove the tofu and eat it separately alongside the sides, the noodles would be much much more intense.
served w a pork bone broth which looks like that of the guoqiao mixian but it's not, however it's still very mild as well
The soup base was not as bland as it seemed. The mixian had a nice bite too. Everything here was above average, but the broth could have been less diluted
Worth a try if you're in the area
Tbh all of them were not bad, even those I didn't expect to work well, like siobak worked incredibly well
Decent
It's got a bite, somewhat unique texture. The aroma wasn't strong but the mild heat made it acceptable
Interesting concept where you could customize your ingredients with your choice of soup base.
Comforting for a rainy day. I had the DIY 酸菜经典配搭 - would prefer stronger flavours.
Soup base was pleasant and not heavy or salty, but it wasn’t really tasty, I wished it had more natural sweetness from the pork/chicken. The noodles and ingredients came separately from the piping hot soup - you’re supposed to add them all in and wait ~1 min. There’s prawns, fish, pork belly, fried pork slices, chicken, chives, corn, spring onions, quail eggs and 豆腐皮. They were alright. The noodles tasted like 粗米粉 tho, I somehow expected something more special since 粗米粉 is commonly found in most noodle shops here in SG. Idm coming here again to try other dishes! An interesting lunch option, but nothing to shout about.
$18.80 for a portion just nice for ladies. Very strong mushroom soup taste. Fried pork does not seems to go well with the soup, made the soup a little too oily. Overall, pricey but definitely a unique dish to find in Singapore.
Noodle didn't come like in the pic (everything was alr mixed together) but nonetheless I enjoyed this. Tangy with a slight kick, and the veges adding a nice crunch, overall this meal was pretty homely and enjoyable.
Tried this Tofu Pudding Rice NOOdle ($6.80++) from Mademoiselle Tang Noodle (唐大小姐) & was pleasantly delighted! 🤩
.
Serving up authentic Yunnan dishes such as its signature 过桥米线 🍜, I really enjoyed the slippery & chewy texture of the noodles! 💯 Coated with a luscious sweet-savoury sauce with a tinge of spice 🌶, this bowl of dry noodles was very tasty! 🤤
.
The combination with silky-soft tofu 🤍, fresh spring onions, juicy minced pork 🐖 & spicy pickled cabbage reminded me of mazesoba! 😋

The fish slices and prawns in this 12-item Signature Rice Noodle were surprisingly fresh! The rice noodles were smooth and chewy, and went well with the huge bowl of soup. Will be back to try other stuff on the menu.
Soy Sauce Chicken Rice
Not the hong kong or local style of braised soy sauce chicken that we are familiar with, it's just poached white chicken and then drizzle with soy sauce and chilli seasoning.
Fried Pork Rice Noodle Soup
The soup taste bland, the fried pork was overly lean, dry and rubbery. Don't enjoy!
Chicken Soup Rice Noodle
Overall a decent bowl of mixian, the chicken soup is more flavorful than the original pork bone soup. I personally prefer and enjoyed their rattan pepper chicken mixian soup more, for an extra spicy kick.
