Crowne Plaza Changi Airport has whipped up a delightful treat just in time for the Dragon Boat Festival – Nyonya-Style Iberico Rice Dumplings!

These delectable creations are a fusion of Nyonya flavors and premium ingredients, all wrapped in a pyramid-shaped biodegradable carrier for an eco-conscious touch.

First up is the Premium Iberico Rice Dumpling. A sumptuous combination of five-spiced Iberico pork, dried scallops, mushrooms, chestnuts, salted egg and dried shrimps. Each bite is a harmonious blend of savory and fragrant notes, with the richness of the Iberico pork shining through. The quality ingredients make this dumpling a true indulgence.

For those seeking a burst of spice and flavor, the Rendang Iberico Rice Dumpling
