Seripusly good ramen! The soup was gao gao ( thick) and flavorful. Noodles cooked just right. The sliced chashu was leaner than the special chasu. Free flow corn kernels, bean sprouts, shallots. Small touches like bothering to further marinade the bamboo shoots really impressed

I don't know why the name needs to repeat "prawn" and "shrimp" lol. Anyway this broth is definitely nice, just that I'm gag-sensitive to it zzz.

I tried dry noodles this time because I'm gag-sensitive to their shrimp flavour. This was very good! The meat was okay.

You can even X2 noodles🍜🤩 for TSUKEMEN (12.90). I chose the “red” option for my broth which was flavourful and only mildly spicy. Sides we got were huge, crispy juicy fried chicken and plump gyozas🤤🤤; I couldn’t decide which I preferred between the 2!

Seasonal special truffle dry ramen. It was seasoned nicely. A little bit salty with a hint of truffle smell.

was a little bit suspicious due to the “cappuccino” but it was really delicious and I think the cappuccino was not referring to the taste, but the slightly foamy-like appearance of the soup. overall really good and will come back again :)

Basically ramen with the broth separated. Their standard can't go very wrong. But the USP is still the free extra noodles, that's why mine looks big. The shaved chashu was quite bad.

The giant pork belly instead of chashu. It's okay but could be more tender lah. Black soup is garlic soup. Like most places, it's strong, therefore yummy.

Opted for a rice bowl for a change. Their unagi is decently grilled, and quite generous (also with the sauce which they could lessen a teeny bit). Specifically liked that it’s mostly boneless (left with some fine tiny bones). Served with tamago and Jap rice

Quite good. But you can't go wrong with this. That's not really a sauce btw. It's a rather bland yuzu kosho egg salad.
