This is from Cookhouse by Koufu at Velocity.

Happy to find leicha at this food court, but compared to other leichas Iโ€™ve eaten, this pales in comparison. This is by no means bad, but the ingredients arenโ€™t as tasty. Thereโ€™s long beans, cabbage, xiaobaicai (that was overcooked), firm tofu cubes, ikan bilis, floss, and peanuts. I got brown rice, and it wasnโ€™t mushy, and I did like that the ingredients werenโ€™t oily. Thunder tea soup was alright, had sufficient bitterness. I wouldnโ€™t mind eating this again since itโ€™s convenient, but itโ€™s very average.

The price of the dessert isn't cheap but i wanted something cold after my meal. Haven't eaten ice jelly in a long while too. The portion of ice and jelly was quite large (already stirred slightly in the photo). Extremely full after that.

Not many shops open at the food court but at least the stall with the yummy food is. Slightly shorter queue than usual but the food is still as good. You can still see the steam in the photo. The black sauce is already included so just stir it before eating! You can taste the slightly crispy bits of the rice when eating. Cheap, good and worth every single cent!

Whenever we have claypot curry chicken craving, the first that came to our mind is the one in Marina Square foodcourt! We have been patronising them for many many years and itโ€™s still as good as before!! Itโ€™s the first stall on your right when you enter the foodcourt, stall name โ€œCLAYPOT RICEโ€. Each order is prepared and boiled on the spot after you ordered, so itโ€™s sizzling hot and shiok! Their curry is definitely on point, fragrant aroma, super satisfying, spicy and it comes with generous portion of chicken and soft potatos in it too!! Goes so well with a bowl of white rice. As itโ€™s served in claypot, the curry is still kept hot till the last sip, perfect for us who enjoys hot food. Itโ€™s very sad to hear that they will be closing down end of Nov 2020 due to high rent and less customers.. so from now till then, drop by to enjoy their claypot curry chicken!! โ €

Herbal chicken soup + pumpkin rice. Nourishing soup accompanied with a drumstick (tad dry) and one free soup refill.

One of the more popular stall with a queue. Tastier than the claypot rice from Malaysia boleh

A little on the oilier side as with many caifan stalls. Quite a variety of choices and even the vegetable dishes had meat/seafood like sausages and squid in them. Comes also with a clear old cucumber soup. Not bad.

Beef was quite tough. Soup was spicy enough but could do with deeper flavor.

Tender chicken thigh meat was used. Spicy and delicious. Went very well with rice.

The portion is huge so you can definitely share this (unless youโ€™ve got a hearty appetite).

This is from the claypot rice stall and I liked how everything is kept hot with the hotplate. The noodles were flavourful and there was a good variety of vegetables such as broccoli and carrots too.

$2.50 for the foodcourt colourful version of chendol.
Coconut cream and gula melaka soak in crushed ice below, spoon it with the red bean, green cendol, black grass jelly, yellow sweet corn and red agar agar.
Chilling dessert!
