Loved the army stew and kimchi stew, perhaps one of the better ones I've had in Singapore. The jajiangmeon was also pretty good, even with the travel time. Definitely ordering this again

Have you guys seen all this korean dishes in one plate before? Amazing homely korean dishes!

$20 for this deep bowl of delicious boiled clams, slightly spicy from the chilli, very rich in the flavour and pretty addictive.
Definitely will return for this item #308.
Mashisoyo!

Note: do call them for availability too.

Was craving Korean the last couple of days and realised that there was this place near us so went to try. Wanted to try the budae jjigae but partner wasnt keen so tried the pancake and bimbimbap. Not bad, decent tasting dishes. Can try if you are in the area. Shop is quite small but I went early so wasn’t packed!

Filled with Korean style ingredients with a slight taste of kimchi. 5 pieces for $8. No gst no service charge!

Korean chicken! A small little Korean shop hidden away at the corner of east village. 6 pieces for $9.90

I was really stoked at first because at the end of a shitty day, you really would want to have some comfort food to keep your shit together.

But when I received it (had it delivered fyi) I became TT (너무해~너무해) and also T for triggered.

It was just a whole chicken (with absolutely no stuffings) and a plain broth with a faint ginseng taste, this just screams fraud. Fucking fraud for $35 really.

Will I ever order it again? If i wanna piss myself off again, yes otherwise it is a resounding no.

Will I recommend it to people? Only if I hated them.

Is it authentic samgyetang? Maybe if it is Yanbian-style samgyetang.. Chinese ginseng soup trying to pass off as the Korean version.

Really, people steer clear of this blasphemy.

Essentially a seedily feisty, sharply salty and gently sweet poultry-based interpretation of Korean spicy red ikan bilis. 3.4/5

Chicken was slightly dry but the sauce was delish. $9.90 for the combo that comes with curly fries! The shop is really small so we had to takeaway and hobo-ed one corner.

Besides serving Korean main dishes, they also do Korean Fried Chicken! The 3pcs Soy Garlic Crispy Chicken Combo with Fries ($9.80) comes with 3pcs of drumlets and wings each. The marination of the soy garlic is good, but the chicken was slightly over-fried as the meat was rather hard and there are some charred parts of the skin. There's always the fries that comes with lemon mayo to dip into!

Despite my previous eating of this popular Korean dish being a vegetarian version, it didn't stop me from getting this Budae-jjigae ($20). It comes with lots of ham, lettuce, noodles, sausages, mushrooms, though I felt that the mushrooms was a mismatch here. The soup is tantalizing when it's hot!
