Jjamppong $14++
Jjajangmyeon $12++ (Upsize noodles $2++)

WAITING TIME: Close to 10 minutes on a late Saturday night

- Free cold water
- They insist on sending the banchan (side dishes) together with all the food orders, instead of serving the banchan first
- Jjamppong is served in a much bigger bowl now
- Jjamppong wasn't as spicy as the previous times though. Still not spicy despite adding chilli powder myself.
- Very generous portions
- Maybe we will not order the jjamppong next time and try something else instead. This is after all our third time here ordering the same two items.

Was craving for some authentic Korean jjangmyeong (Dongdaemun’s jjangmyeong) and this is really as authentic as it can get! Love the portion of Seafood Jjangmyeong ($28 for 2 pax) and the banchans that came along with it!

11/10 worth queuing in the heat and would definitely return for more springy and chewy jjangmyeong!!

My friend recommended this place to me previously for their amazing jajangmyeon! Never tried it before (I know!!!) so knew I had to head down and try their signature as well as their other spicy dishes!! Since we wanted to try other dishes me and my friends ordered one jajangmyeon (regular size $12) and upsized it for $2. The upsize is SOOOO WORTH IT literally double portion we couldn’t even finish it with three people! The black bean taste is so strong and it’s not jelak at all! Also tried their tofu spicy soup ($12) comes with rice! The meal came with classic Korean side dishes and the overall quality of the food was top notch! Will definitely return 🌟🌟🙂

Don't let the snaking queue at this Korean diner stop you — if you're a fan of jjajangmyeon, it's gonna be a worthy wait! The Jjajangmyeon ($12) hits the spot with springy noodles slicked in dark and delicious black bean sauce. Also sure to satisfy, the Jjamppong (spicy seafood noodle soup, $14) is served with a generous portion of prawns.
