PizzaMaru Singapore has launched the Pinkle Bell Pizza in celebration of the upcoming holidays. The festive treat is a Chicago-style pizza that comes with a pinkish cheese base with toppings of honey chicken ham, chicken pepperoni, star- and heart-shaped tteokbokki, and cherry tomato. For pizza crust lovers, the inside is even stuffed with a cheese filling too! To go alongside the Pinkle Bell Pizza are several mainstays such as the Truffle Parmesan Fried Chikin, Hellish Fries that has been drizzled with Maru supa hot sauce and you can cool down the heat with their gigantic mocktails such as the Grape Fruit Soda and Citrus Black Tea.
Some crispy goodness going on here! Wings (full btw) were served piping hot and uber crispy but still juicy inside. Loved the subtle sweetness from the honey butter, and the heat from dak gangjeong (drenched in generous sauce). Personally prefer the latter but would eat both again ๐

The photo doesnโt really give justice how pillowy the crust is of this pizza, wherein the cheeseful goodness lies within. This is prolly the cheesiest pizza I have had recently. Couldโve worked better with more pepperoni toppings. Yes, this can make the taste richer, but the oozing cheese needs a texture balancer ๐
Was taken aback a bit by the generously sprinkled icing sugar on top, but it somehow makes sense to counter the over-savoury taste from each bite
Best shared with a group. 1-2 slices can be really filling

Honey butter almonds, honey butter chips, honestly anything honey butter excites me๐ฏ๐ง Undoubtedly, so did the ๐๐จ๐ง๐๐ฒ ๐๐ฎ๐ญ๐ญ๐๐ซ ๐๐ก๐ข๐ค๐ข๐ง ๐๐ข๐ณ๐ณ๐.
It features a ๐๐จ๐ฎ๐๐ฅ๐ ๐๐ก๐๐๐ฌ๐ ๐๐ฐ๐ข๐ฌ๐ญ ๐๐ซ๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ญ๐ง๐ง and having dined at Pizzamaru multiple times, itโs a constant that they do NOT scrimp in the cheese department!
The ๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐ ($๐๐.๐๐) offers a 9โ Chikin Pizza, Truffle Fries & Fruit Punch. Consider this feast to celebrate the upcoming festive szn with a couple of loved ones!โจ๐
Itโs called ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐ ๐๐๐๐ ($๐.๐๐) for a reason๐๐ Picture crispy fries in honey, parmesan & whipped cream. Exactly. Heaven.
The ๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐! ๐๐๐๐๐ ($๐๐.๐๐ - ๐โ) boasts an indulgent combination of extreme cheesiness๐ง๐ง and savoury chicken chunks stir fried in black bean paste. If youโre a fan of sweet potato๐ , you should definitely upgrade your crust to the ๐๐จ๐ฅ๐ ๐๐๐ ๐ (itโs free!!!๐คช)
Donโt ask me why but Iโve also only had Korean fried chicken ๐ชonce๐ช during my trip to Korea, so neither did the tender ๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐! ๐ ๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ($๐๐.๐๐- ๐๐ฉ๐) fail to satisfy my cravings๐๐
Wasnโt a fan of pink sauce until i tried this ๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐ ($๐๐.๐๐)!! Not too heavy on the tomato which I like๐ ๐ฅ

Ordered their 12pcs fried chicken in Original Fry and Jjampong Mayo. They have an option to have it in 2 flavours (6 pcs each) so there's a variety. Their fried chicken was juicy and tender while the skin was crispy!!

If you like your food drenched in sauces, perhaps this is a place for you. The Korean fried chicken ($29.90 for 12 pcs) can come original, or you can choose a myriad of sauces to pair them with. We got the garlic dakgangjeong and the jjamppong mayo, which were both good in their own ways. The garlic dakgangjeong has the savoury and vinegary kick, while the jjamppong has a straight up spicy kick.
The Cheesy Maru Oppa pizza ($16.90 for 9 inch) was satisfying as well, and they were generous with the sauces on the pizza. Had a pretty full meal!
Another good news: they are trying to get their halal certification!
Carbonara toppokki was the bomb!! Chickens are juicy and soft. Though pizza is part of the brand name, in comparison, itโs the least impressive item but itโs still nice and unique as the pizzas are in green tea dough.
Fusion food while innovative could be dangerous if the combination of ingredients don't go well. While the onion chicken depends heavily on the sauces for taste, it is bland on its own. The
honey butter chicken scores for its seasonings. The star of our meal is the pasta that has a subtle gochujang for spiciness, cooked in Aglio Olio style.
Both flavours were a little bland (without spamming the sources) but overall ok. Loved the rice punch that we ordered.
I chose the "Garlic Dak Gangjeong". The chicken usually comes coated in the sticky sauce, but I asked for them to pack the sauce separately so that it would still be crispy after reaching our house.
The sauce has the appearance and consistency of sweet thai chilli sauce, but tastes like a garlic sauce - sweet, red sticky sauce with finely chopped garlic.
Love that it stayed crispy even though we ate it more than an hour after it was made.
Price: $16.90
