More Reviews of good food at PS.Cafe Petit (Tiong Bahru)

Ordered the brownie and tea ($25.20). Service was good but the brownie was really dry and half of it was marshmallow not cake... Initially wanted to try the sticky toffee pudding or chocolate cake but was sold out. Disappointed with the brownie!!! :(

The good news is that it's a takeaway concept so there's no SVC even if you're dining in.

The bad news is that it's a takeaway concept so it's free seating despite the price, you're served in takeaway containers even if you're dining in, the price is liddat even without gst, and if you're actually taking away you don't get the ice cream

Idk if it's possible to tell here but my ice cream was very hollow. At the expense of sounding like a spoiled brat, I didn't have enough ice cream to go with the cake.

Food:
The banana cake on its own is one of the worst I've had, because it's v hard and dense(but understandable since it's going with the sauce) Butterscotch was really good, there's a hint of bitterness from somewhere (maybe the cake) which was nice at first but got stronger and wasn't pleasant near the end. Ice cream is your AVG ice cream, there was a bit of ice crystal inside.

It's not bad overall, but not for this price.

πŸ• The pizza was really tasty with the generous amounts of bacon and cheese, but wasn't creamy/eggy enough to call in "carbonara" imo. πŸ˜…

Even though it's a 'takaway' cafe, I enjoyed the surroundings there a lot and there's this area with a wall of plants and great lighting so u can take great photos there πŸ€—

This was not too bad with a pretty nice citrusy tartness to cut all the sweetness from the other cakes! Like the compact biscuit layer that was not too thick and not too thin, and topped with even more cookie crumbs! PSA their cakes go for 50% off after 2130!!

A home-baked spiced carrot cake, topped in classic cream cheese frosting and sugar-coated walnuts! Liked that the sponge layer was dense and chocked full of surprise ingredients (like walnuts, dates etc), but it was a little dry and the cream cheese to cake ratio was definitely very very off πŸ™πŸ™ Not one of their better cakes, definitely try their chocolate blackout cake or their golden banana butterscotch cake instead πŸ₯°πŸ₯° PSA their cakes go for 50% off after 2130!!

Ripe banana and chocolate chip cake, drizzled with a generous dose of our homemade butterscotch sauce 🀀🀀 Absolutely loved this one! Great alternative to the usual sticky date pudding with a slice of soft fluffy fragrant banana cake and that butterscotch sauce was to die for (and also what was reminiscent of the sticky date pudding), paired with a scoop of delightful vanilla ice cream, this will definitely be my go-to dessert (second only to their chocolate blackout cake)! 😍😍 PSA their cakes go for 50% off after 2130!!

Speak No Evil Shiraz is one of my go-to Minimal Intervention wines; perfect for that angst evening and the cafe is a low light dream at some corners to test a camera.

Lazing on the bed after sleeping in on a weekday, I ordered a heavyweight humongous wrap - Grilled Caesar Chicken Wrap ($17) from P.S Cafe Petit. Oh those tender and moist chunks of Rosemary-honey Dijon Chicken were evenly distributed in the tightly rolled wrap with crispy bits of savoury bacon, parmiggiano cheese, crunchy croutons, eggs and greens. The chef's dressing adds a delicate touch, enfoldng every element with the creamy flavourful sauce. 😍

Working from home is a good reason to order a big hearty Waikiki Pizza ($27) from P.S Cafe Petit Tiong Bahru (@pscafe). Heavily topped with ham, pineapple, tomatoes, basil and mozzarella cheese, they are real generous with the ingredients. Ever had pizza with spicy Szechuan chilli? The aromatic and tasty Asian touch can be very addictive! πŸ˜™ For a limited period, enjoy free delivery when you order from P.S Cafe Petit Tiong Bahru via Foodpanda (@foodpandasg) and Deliveroo (@deliveroo_sg). πŸ˜‰

The Breakfast Grand Slam Bunwich comes in a beautifully, beautifully toasted bun topped with sesame seeds and other grains. It is filled with a sausage, fried egg, caramelized onions, and bacon. You get a satisfying crunch as you bite into the toasted bun, and the ingredients, though simple, really make this a wonderful way to start your day. #burpple #pscafepetit

πŸ˜‚ Great find at the @pscafe Tiong Bahru. @lakechalicewines The Nest Sauvignon Blanc 2015 was really enjoyable; perky and nothing like its young age. Went well with our favourite pizza. 😁 #每倩happyhour #burpple #newworldwines #newzealandwines #marlboroughwine #sauvignonblanc

Ordered this via Deliveroo and I'm pleasantly surprised. The pizza was still hot and crispy. PS cafe is really generous with their ingredients. Squeeze the lemon all over and eat it together with their special condiments at the side. Omg delicious !

Surprisingly crowded on a weeknight but then again, it's a PS chain. The desserts as usual were delectable. I had the chunky chocolate brownie which came with also a scoop of ice cream. We tried the chamomile flavour which was light and refreshing. I like that there was a wide range of wine available though didn't like the bottle we chose. Will definitely be back the next round for the food. Had the truffle fries before and they were awesome. Budget wise, be prepared to fork out a little since its cafe standard prices and alcohol drinks rate.

This was so good, it was moist and had a spongy texture which soaking up the caramel sauce. Loved it!

Located in a quiet corner near tiong bahru market, this is a nice place for food and coffee. Although it does only take aways, we sat down and had our coffee as well as this drool-worthy pizza. The extra plus point was the chili, which reminded me of the Chinese xo chili oil/sauce. Super yums. To note: this outlet does not have as many items of the menu compared to the Martin Road outlet. If you ever go to the one at Martin road, try their sweet potato fries!!

Sticky date pistachio cake was a pleasant surprise ! Richness in taste and velvet texture makes it a must have!

One of the best I've ever had so far and the price is surprisingly reasonable!
