Senso has always been our frequent place for our weekday italian datenights! My favourite and usual is the Taglierini Neri O Bianchi- Squid ink Talierini Pasta with boston lobster($38)! Its so delicious especially with its tangy tomato sauce with chilli flakes and basil! They used to have 50% with the amex card and 1 for 1 with the entertainer but they took it away. Still reasonable priced without the promotions. The ambience & venue is wonderful too! Dimly lit with perfect service!

Loved the texture of the pasta used...somehow the creaminess of the pasta was not overwhelming. A great dish

Angel hair pasta, Hokkaido scallops, smoked haddock, roasted capsicum, bottarga, Italian parsley - this was an absolute delight to eat as the scallops were extremely fresh and the haddock was great. The pasta sauce was light but rich and the whole dish came together really well. Excellent service and ambience here as well!

Didn’t know it was an Italian fine dining place so we literally walked in in slobby clothes 🤭🤭 Great great service and absolutely worth with Entertainer’s 1-for-1! Your meal starts with a lovely basket of assorted bread to pair with a parsley cream dip and olive oil with vinaigrette (prolly my favourite part of any meal) 😍😍 The top pasta is the homemade squid ink taglierini pasta in extremely tomatoey sauce, with generous servings of Boston lobsters and cherry tomatoes. The bottom pasta is a wet version of an aglio olio, chocked full of smoked haddock bits and roasted capsicum, but with only 2 pieces of grilled Hokkaido scallops. Hard to say which was better cause my bf likes the tomato lobster one while I like the fish aglio olio one? 🤔🤔 Either way both dishes were great and definitely very value with the deal, plus the 💯 ambience and 💯 service, plus the complimentary cookies and chocolate truffles for the cherry on top of a great meal 👏🏻👏🏻

Occasional splurge to spice up the weekend, made more affordable with #entertainersg 1-for-1. Special mention: the tomato based lobster pasta was delicious! #burpple

Senso used to be one of the better Italian eateries in Singapore when it first opened. Now, there are at least a dozen restaurants where the food is better, more creative, or both. Yet, prices are at the same level as the best in town. Service is competent, but old-fashioned and not pro-active. Sure, the patio is nice and the ambience pleasant, but I’d rather have the better food at Braci, Osteria Arte, Garibaldi, etc.

Hot dark chocolate eruption, passion fruit, pistachio ice cream. Love the dense texture of the ice cream, with subtle hint of pistachio flavor. The lava cake was very oozy when broken into!! Certainly felt like I could do without the passion fruit pile of mess 😐

Homemade taglierini pasta, Boston lobster, fresh tomatoes, chili flakes, basil.

This was pretty decent but I wouldn't highly recommend it. Pasta texture was spot on but I found the lobster chunks slightly overcooked. Pasta sauce didn't come across as one with crustacean base, just like a plain o tomato type of sauce.

Burrata cheese from puglia, aged San Daniele Ham, Rucola, Grape tomatoes. This is half the portion of the standard size. This burrata felt underwhelming compared to the ones I've had before. It's not as creamy and the texture is not as soft and gooey. Tasted somewhat milder than I rmb burrata to taste too

Fresh morsel of lobster aside, the pasta was al dente and the sauce has the right viscosity, nicely tangy and was absolutely stunning in a melting pot. Move over lobster rolls and whatever else in between, if anyone digs a good lobster dish, this is it.

This was served in capsicum sauce, polenta, grilled zucchini and eggplant. Service here was top notch, with the formalities of fine dining even during lunch, while still being friendly and hospitable.

This grain fed Australian beef #tenderloin came with Barolo red wine sauce. I wanted to order medium rare but the waiter assured that for this cut, medium is tender enough. Indeed it is.

Didn't like beef tartare until I had this. It's soft, mushy but sweet. It's meaty but it's rather refreshing actually!

Celebrated my mum's bday here. Restaurant gave a free slice of cake and even surprised us with 4 staff singing happy bday . Pasta was good , worth all the carbs in this picture. Wine was expensive though at about $80/bottle. used the app so we only paid for 2 meals instead of 4.

Another great business lunch setting or fabulous date night, the menu is mainly pastas or main dishes with extremely generous portion sizes. White table cloths, attentive wait staff, posh atmosphere and light jazz in the background (they don't cram tables together, thankfully). We started with the house bread basket which had a fabulous selection, followed by pasta for mains. The squid ink seafood pasta was housemade and had a firm bite, with generous services of seafood. Highly recommended for a lovely date night.

Amazing beef tenderloin - perfectly seared on the outside (a little crisp even!!) and very very juicy and tender inside. I also really enjoyed the Barolo red wine sauce. This is also available on the executive set lunch menu (add $14).

😙 So cute I just wanna squeeze its chubby stomach...or eat it.
