There is a vegetable forward section (the tasty vegan lasagna and the always good brussel sprouts are from there), and faves such as the Aburi Salmon, Chicken Confit, and Blackened Fish & Chips are also available.
You can order these items via the newly launched online ordering site e.sprmrkt.com.sg.
They also opened a new outlet in Dempsey - CONGRATULATIONS!! ๐ŸŽ‰๐ŸŽ‰๐ŸŽ‰ - so you can plan to visit that outlet once we hit Phase 2!

khmer style fish that was both sweet and savoury, the meat was so flakey and tender. itโ€™s like saba fish, but the flavour profile is way more intense from the diff seasoning and the grilling process

Served with banana walnuts and dulche de leche. Kinda like hotcakes but lighter, the bottom of the pancake sticks to the skillet though 4/5

A bit soggy because of the tomato sauce, quite cheesy, nice sauce, not the most of succulent but not dry either 4/5

Expected a lot more (taste, presentation and quantity) but better to keep in mind that I was dining at a cafe/bistro and not a Vietnamese restaurant. Ordered this to try on a cooling rainy day upon suggestion by a waitress. This was from a separate viet menu consisting of different viet dish/main everyday of a week. This was available on Saturday at $9.90++.

I guess one should stick to having brunch at a cafe ๐Ÿ˜›
