We decided to try them yet I ended up trying a fusion ramen. This is from their Singapore menu and I always chuckle when Takagi associates itself with anything Singapore. I don't know why the broth is separate, because the noodles were too dry on their own. I ended up adding the broth, which was damn weird mixed with the salted egg sauce. The crab is a soft-shell crab. I don't wanna be too harsh but their ramen failed for me because the noodle was tougher than when you order hard ramen. And I verified it because my kaedama portion was equally hard.
The food is nice but cleanliness failed as a Ramen restaurant, price around $8-$15/ pax excluded drinks
Butashoga Ramen ($9.90)
It's under best selling ramen from takagi. I wanted to try it out previously but I missed it out a couple of time. So I did really tasted for sweet ginger on pulled pork but it's quite tough and hard to chew through.
Black Tonkotsu ($8.50)
decided to come back for ramen fix again since that time grab disappointed me by cancelling my order :( and they cannot cope it well on online platform. but then it's fine with me. I really like their black tonkotsu broth tbh but then their meat just like normal. They got a lot of variety for ramen to choose from the menu and
Collagen Uji Matcha Pudding ($5.00)
another new item on the menu bc I decided to try it out for matcha. I really like their pudding texture like soft and jiggling but the pudding and sauce taste really not that nice bc its quite strong condensed milk tbh.
Miso Ramen ($8)
I went lunch for Ramen again but I decided to get another Ramen for trying it out. Miso broth was quite thick tbh and got really warmth 🥵. I always want to try their different ramen at their shop lol and hope that I can try other flavour 😅
Takagi Ramen ($8.40)
Free noodle, add ajitama (egg) ($1.50) and no spring onion
First time to try takagi ramen but the soup broth is not bad but I over ordered free extra noodle hence I cannot eat finish noodle 😅 and I almost bloated tbh. Their egg is not bad, waterish and also taste like authentic Japan style.
