Hereโ€™s what we tried:

This bowl of slow-roasted black garlic tonkotsu ramen is perfect for those who enjoy strong flavours. Served with tender, slow-braised chashu pork slices, crunchy black fungus strips, sweet-braised bamboo shoots, green scallions and blanched silver sprouts.
Tender, slow-braised chashu pork slices, marinated in a sweet mirin soy sauce marinade. Generously layered over firm Hakata-style noodles in light and creamy shio-tonkotsu broth. Topped with green scallions and blanched silver sprouts.

Infused with a generous amount of umami-packed roasted Hokkaido red miso, topped with sweet corn, firm hand-made noodles, slow-braised chashu pork slices, green scallions and blanched silver sprouts, to bring out a rich and tasty medley of fermented soybean flavours.

We tried the following:
ใ€‹Butashoga Ramen | Their signature shio-tonkotsu broth topped with hand-pulled pork sautรฉed in a sweet soy sauce and ginger was absolutely delish, I totally understand now why it's one of their bestsellers. The balanced flavours coming from the rich soup, saucy meat, sweetness from the braised bamboo shoots and green scallions was delightful.

ใ€‹Miso Ramen | Such a hearty ramen which was infused with a generous amount of roasted Hokkaido red miso tonkotsu soup base, perfectly paired with the various toppings of sweet corn, slow-braised chashu pork slices, thinly sliced green scallions and beansprouts. The robust medley of flavours were simply delectable.

ใ€‹Takoyaki | These Octopus Balls had a pillowy filling complimented by the mayonnaise, Japanese BBQ sauce and seaweed toppings. I took a mouthful and the flavours just bursted in my mouth, so addictive.

ใ€‹Deep Fried Gyoza | Crispy deep-fried dumplings which had a substantial amount of chicken/veggie filling.

ใ€‹Chilli Crab Matcha Macchiato with Fresh Milk (New) | Being adventurous at heart, I instantly knew that I had to give this one a go once I saw it on the menu. It was quite (weird) unique and certainly not for the faint-hearted! Try it for yourselves if you're brave enough like me hee.

Please visit any of these branches to get your affordable Ramen-fix (Simei, Chong Pang, One North, Pasir Ris, Ang Mo Kio, Jurong West and Woodlands), I highly recommend it.

Made with tonkotsu soup boiled for over 12 hours, this creamy chasu ramen comes with tender, slow-braised chashu pork slices, marinated in a sweet, mirin soy sauce marinade. Don't miss out on the ajitama egg (+$1)! ๐Ÿ‘

Generously layered over firm Hakata-style noodles, the signature light but creamy shio-tonkotsu broth is certainly a flavourful treat! Topped with thinly sliced green scallions and blanched silver sprouts. Next time you're thinking of where to head for supper, try out this ramen spot!

For those who prefer a lighter flavour, try their tempura soba ($9.90). This limited time special also comes with udon option. We upgraded this to a meal with chasu ($2.90) and takoyaki ($2.90). A comforting treat ๐Ÿ™Œ

For sides, we had deep fried ebi prawns ($5.90). Honestly, we enjoyed the octopus takoyaki more than the fried ebi. Felt that the latter could be improved (batter is too thick)
