Pro-tip: if you've 4-6 pax, order 2 small crab vermicelli rather than going for the medium or large options. This way, you get 2 whole crabs and more vermicelli.
Pretty amazing with the wok taste, the secret is the ginger, garlic and pork belly slices underneath.
Told myself to stick to my diet plan, but I simply couldn't resist this Crab Vermicelli. Think smooth, bouncy glass noodles, cooked in a delectable savoury brown sauce, paired with sweet fresh crabs - all that above a bed of soft caramelized whole garlic cloves and slices of pork belly. My description doesn't do it justice, cause really: it's just noodles. But trust me when I say it's calories well worth it.
