This crazily raved-about beauty deserved all the plaudits. What made this cake so amazing was firstly the texture โ€” it was light and fluffy while the creamy core caressed the tongue to inspire a velvety bliss.
-
Taste-wise this cheesecake demonstrated an elegant restraint โ€” rich but only sufficiently so, and never entering the realm of cloyingness. It maintained a delightful balance between sweetness and saltiness, whilst traces of the char and some citrus were interwoven with delicate articulation.

Never been so beguiled by a cheesecake before. If it's this good, can't wait to try Olivia's rendition.

The Kinโ€™s Burnt Cheesecake (~$9) wasnโ€™t the prettiest cheesecake Iโ€™ve seen but it sure was one of the best ๐Ÿคค Melted, burnt and flowy on the inside, the cheese was thick and consistent. ๐Ÿฐ
.
When paired with the denser, soft solid sides of the cake, the melted cheesecake was heavenly ๐Ÿ˜‹ Burnt top added a smoky char and burnt taste to the slightly salty and sweet cheesecake. This might just be the best cheesecake Iโ€™ve had ๐Ÿ˜

Salted egg lava cake, sound weired but taste good. ็”œไธญๅธฆๅ’ธ Like it. Macha latte very rich in macha taste. Nice ambiance good for group and chill.

Fancy paying $7 for ice mocha? Think Iโ€™ll stick to making my own at home.

Nice space located in a condo opposite Pasir Panjang station. Waited quite some time for the coffee as they were pretty understaffed. Sadly, the coffee wasnโ€™t as strong as I wished it would be. Decent, but I guess itโ€™s not really my cup of C.

Done Basque style, hailing from the region bordering France and Spain.

The difference lies in the texture; wobbly and creamy smooth on the inside, soft and spongy dense on the outside, with a slightly crisp burnt crust.
.
Served with sweetened whipped cream on the side, it's like a cross between a cheesecake, a crรจme brรปlรฉe, and a custard pudding.
.
Has a delicate smoky cheesy sweet milky flavour. Yum.
