I only liked the Singapore Breakfast Tea ice cream. Wasnโ€™t fancying the Vanilla Bourbon Tea ice cream and Eau Noire Tea sorbet

so yummy especially with those crispy puffs and the pilaf rice that it came with!

so so yummy๐Ÿซถ๐Ÿผ i realy love all their salads, especially the ones with kale bases

this was really well-done! infused with Pu-Erh tea๐Ÿซ–

Festive Menu Dessert - $16

TWG recently released their festive menu, and my eyes are on their dessert as always. This time limited dessert is a vanilla parfait, thatโ€™s topped with a scoop of refreshing orange sorbet and Forever Noel Tea infused tuile, served with citrus caviar, grapefruit, mandarin orange and lime zest. Itโ€™s a citrusy melody in every mouthful, really enjoyed it. Festive menu is available till 30 Dec

Although TWG is known for tea, their macarons are TO DIE FOR. We loved the caramel (black one) and matcha (green one) the most. But the passionfruit (purple one) and tiramisu ones were very very good as well. Slightly crisp on the outside with the good chewy bite on the inside. The fillings were impeccable too!

Throwback to an indulgent Wagyu Burger ($30++) at TWG! ๐Ÿ”
.
Featuring a wagyu BEEF burger ๐Ÿ„ served on an artisanal bun with lettuce, tomato, seared onions, Comtรฉ cheese ๐Ÿง€ & house-made pickles, accompanied by coleslaw & truffle matcha French fries ๐ŸŸ, this made a really hearty meal!
.
Really liked the well-buttered & toasted burger buns ๐Ÿž! The beef patty was quite a let-down though - juicy but could be more tender & seasoned better.
.
As for the sides, I could taste the truffle oil in the fries but matcha? ๐Ÿต not really. Still makes a lovely munchie! The coleslaw tastes pretty unique too, a little zesty & sweet unlike the usual creamy ones ๐Ÿ˜‹.

it looks different from the last tine i had it (used to be rectangular). they incorporated more cream this time and the chocolate is not as rich this time. the alcohol taste isnโ€™t as strong either, but the sour cherry is more prominent now!!๐Ÿ’

Talk about odd combisโ€ฆbut the ๐†๐„๐๐Œ๐€๐ˆ๐‚๐‡๐€ ๐Œ๐”๐’๐‡๐‘๐Ž๐Ž๐Œ ๐‹๐ˆ๐๐†๐”๐ˆ๐๐„ ($๐Ÿ๐Ÿ’) proved to be an absolute stunner!

I expected it to be one-dimensional since itโ€™s cream-based, but the al dente linguine was garlicky๐Ÿง„๐Ÿง„ with a strong truffle taste throughout, topped with a flowy egg and peppered with the most amazing genmaicha furikake. Every mouthful left me wanting more๐Ÿ˜ฉ๐Ÿคค

made light from the alfafa sprouts & basil pesto, no overly beefy or artificial tomato taste. and the layer of cheese crisp atop gave textural contrast

Comes w 2 teas, 4 finger sandwiches, a croque & 2 desserts.
We chose the Truffle Croque & it turned out to be my fav of the lot! Very cheesy๐Ÿง€ & had lots of mushrooms with a truffle fragrance!
For desserts, we went with Paris Brest & Strawberry Shortcake which were both lovely. The cream wasnโ€™t too sweet, strawberries were fresh and the puff pastry of the former wasnโ€™t soggy.
Among the sandwiches, the crisp toasted milk bun was worth a mention! It was stuffed with sweet Boston lobster & topped with some really amazing Genmaicha furikake.
Overall, everything was good but nothing mindblowing. Would recommend their mains instead!!
