This is where I'll always drop by for a meal before I fly. It's located within the transit area so there aren't many opportunities for me to try the food here.
I like the bread for their sandwiches, they're made in house from scratch, and it's fluffy with a light crisp from the toasting.
We chose the honey herb roast chicken that came with salted duck egg sauce. The salted egg sauce is mild so the taste is still dominated by the honey herb. It also came with honey butter, burnt onions and mozzarella cheese. I think this is not bad, but I was told their roast beef sandwich is better!


The concoction is made in house! What made this even more truly Singaporean than the traditional Singapore Sling is that they used Tiger Beer in the cocktail, which is also made with gin with cherry brandy, cointreau, and Benedictine Dom.
It's a sweet and refreshing drink, in a very large glass. It had enough alcohol for me so it knocked me out for my New York flight that night 😂
This was a treat from restaurant owner.


Don't miss the chance to drop by this place if you're flying off from Singapore. This was my meal just before I flew to New York, taken at the airport transit lounge.
I liked their refreshing take on pizzas, as these are served on a puff pastry crust instead of the traditional pizza dough. I enjoyed the crust - crsipy, crumbly, light.
I also recommend this particular flavour as I felt that the ham used (parma, honey baked ham, prosciutto) goes really well with the cheeses (gruyere, cheddar, brie, mozzarella). This was also mixed with mushroom tempe, baby spinach, spicy miso. Several ingredients here but I believe you'll agree with me that it's very well balanced.


Extra Fancy ($12.90)

Because we all need some fancy in our lives. 😂 "Everything in!" Parma ham, bacon, honey-glazed ham, spinach, mozzarella, cheddar, gruyere cheese all generously resting on a very fluffy puff pastry and topped with a golden fried egg🍳. Couldn't ask for my pizza to be any meatier! This was a lovely breakfast @theworldis.flat as a prelude to the upcoming flight🛫! Would have loved some chopped tomatoes🍅 thrown in too for that extra juicy bite!

This sandwich hit the spot. A herby slab of roasted chicken on a bed of lettuce and tomatoes, slathered in a light salted egg sauce. With the generous amount of caramelized onions in toasty bread made in-house, had no problems whacking the entire thing. 😋(Love the music selection too btw, all the songs my sister used to make me listen to)
