Pancakes at YBR can never go wrong. Since this Controlled Movement Control Order got my taste palette all over the place, this savoury buttermilk chicken pancakes hit the right taste spots with its umami after-taste! Who knew savoury pancakes can be so yummy! 😍 🥞

Bring your furkid along for your next weekend brunch date at this popular spot in Plaza Batai. Get your appetite going with The Big Breakfast Bash (RM32), with eggs, sausages and more. Psst. They also whip up a mean vegetarian version! Otherwise, the Sweet Mash Of Mine (RM28) with perfect poached eggs and sweet potato mash on dark rye bread is also a winner. Finish with a cuppa like the creamy Flat White (RM11) or a Cold Brew (RM15), brewed with Ethiopian or Colombian beans.

Thought of trying something different since I'd normally order the gula melaka pancake and I regretted immediately after the first bite. It's not bad but it just doesn't suit my palate.

Unlike your typical big breakfast combination. Love the sweet potato and the fluffy scrambled eggs.

If you’ve been a fan of burnt cheesecake and you’ve tried the original one from the Tokyo Restaurant, this has a different twist and it is really addictive.

It’s a must have cake everytime you’re there at YBR. I usually pair my cake with my favorite cup of coffee or after a scrumptious meals that’s for sure.

This cakes are all priced below RM20

Open seven days a week, this forever-packed Plaza Batai spot is perfect for when you and the colleagues are out for a nice treat-yourself lunch. Must-orders include the I Wanna Be Kaya (RM20) featuring fluffy French toast and caramel kaya sauce and The Impasta! (RM26), aglio olio pasta with chicken char siew slices. Yellow Brick Road is also home to the winning barista at 2019's Malaysian Brewer’s Cup, so order a Filter Brew (from RM15) to get your fix from the champ.
