Looks good but it was kinda disappointing for me. The broth tasted like dark soy sauce water…😂

Place to go to for supper if you are craving for skewer. Meat were well seasoned but a little too spicy for me.

The Signature Beef Combination Noodle ($16.50) served had 3 types of beef in it – Ribeye, Tendon and Shank.
We got this with the braised beef soup which was more of a clear and light soup. The portions of beef were really generous and they were all really tender.
You can then choose your level of spiciness – Non-spicy, Mala or Extra Mala. For both the noodles we ordered, we got the non-spicy option and really enjoyed it on its own 🌶
For the noodles, it was really smooth and I was just slurping them down as they were so easy to eat. They weren’t heavy too so it was just so hearty having this with a bowl of soup 🤤 #chuangrillandnoodlebar #clarkquay #clarkquaysingapore #fortcanning

Of the four noodle dishes we tried here, this was my favourite as it came with a light, flavourful broth (we picked braised beef - you can also pick between pork bone or dry) and a substantial amount of assorted beef parts, including ribeye, tendon and shank. The noodles could be a taaaad more QQ, but I rather liked the texture and thickness of the la mian. Would come back here for a warm, soupy supper fix after a night out in the area.
