No need for introduction. If you are a local TTDI-ian you would definately know the existance of Foo Foo Fine Dessert. Opens at 3pm onward, you can expect dessert that is nothing like other boring cafe serves at Foo Foo. If you are a first timer, order their strawberry Balsamic tart (RM28.00). The sweetness and tartiness from the balsamic vinegar goes well with the homemade ice-cream and if you are on a diet, let's just forget about it and order a second tart because you wouldn't want to share this with anyone.

Find globally-inspired desserts at this cosy spot in TTDI that features a creative and ever-changing menu based on the chef's latest travels. If you have space for just one dessert, the community recommends you go straight for the Strawberry Tart with Balsamic Vinegar Ice Cream (RM18). This treat boasts a wonderful balance of flavours, from the unexpectedly delicious, tangy ice cream to the buttery crust and sweet strawberries. Another standout is the crispy yet fluffy Passion Pavlova (RM23) with layers of lime chantilly and fresh passion fruit. They also do great ice creams, so don't stop yourself from dropping by for a simple scoop of housemade Chocolate Earl Grey or Guinness (RM10 per scoop).

Foo Foo Fine Desserts deffo lives up to their name! If you’ve only got space for one dessert, get this Strawberry Tart w/ Balsamic Vinegar Ice Cream. That smooth, tangy ice cream was a delight with the buttery tart base and finely sliced strawberries. Yummmeh!

At Foo Foo, their traditional desserts are plated with a modern twist of flavours and appearance. Indeed, it’s a place to go to when you want some outstanding desserts.

Not one for the creme brulee purists, with them adding some berry-like twists at the bottom, but one that most will enjoy! Really rich, an almost glassy like exterior and 3 wholly different layers of flavour!

Definitely beats out every if not most pavlova I've had. Got a fantastic pastry in between it all and the lime chantily gives it a nice twist to combat the passionfruit. Would recommend!

If you love apple strudel, check this out!
Love that the apple strudel is in a pouch-like pastry. Not too sweet and the pastry is flaky and light.

The ice-cream was really delicious and complimented the strudel very well. For max satisfaction, have the apple strudel and ice-cream in one bite.

This is RM29.

When the craving for something sweet hits, pay a visit to this dessert parlour for their lush, plated desserts. With its lounge-like ambience and cosy vibes, Foo Foo is a great place to catch up with friends over their delicious passion fruit pavlova and housemade ice cream.

This is one of the dessert place that i always come back.
Their fussion dessert is just refreshing to my tounge.
And their environment is fancy dessert place :)

Back to the favourite dessert place.

Love the peaceful ambiance and great plated dessert that made from scratch using all natural ingredients.

Red wine poached pear with chrysanthemum ice cream is so elegant yet delicious. With the spices that added in the poaching liquid, it add extra warm flavor to the dessert. Pairing with chrysanthemum ice cream to clear the palate and the granola do add some crunch to it.

Mango lychee ice cream slice with fruit salsa. A very refreshing dessert that make your palate dancing. Especially love the mango pineapple salsa with mint that add another layer of freshness to the dessert, best to enjoy with Malaysia weather.

Last but not least Belgium hot chocolate with rose, do give a try if you love rose drink. This will not let you down.

Away from the hustle-bustle of TTDI in an alcove above the Jalan Burhanuddin Helmi shoplots, this fine dessert parlour is a haven for those seeking sweet solace in the night. The friendly service and thoughtful recipes also render it a top spot for quality time with the girls, or for sweets with your date after dinner. With plated desserts on the rise, innovation is king and Foo Foo knows it. Chef Foo makes it a mission to revamp the menu periodically, and in the past year, 10 volumes have already made their mark. Winsome desserts that once adorned the menu like the red wine-poached pear with chrysanthemum ice cream and the irresistible crispy profiteroles with salted caramel ice cream have established their prowess for creative desserts done right. You will notice that the menu lacks visuals — the founders believe that when they get the opportunity to explain the dessert, it builds anticipation and enhances the entire experience. For now, come for the decadent Ginger Date Toffee Pudding with Guinness Stout Ice Cream (RM26) and keep your options open for what you might find on the menu!

A beautiful, laid back yet oldies place with a strong vibe of the Grandparents age that has synonymously linked to the rattan chair furniture and those huge chinese paper calendar that acts as their Google of those ages.. This place is rather simplistic in their deco yet it manages to exudes a calming and quiet vibe despite a rather busy Friday.. The service staff here are excellent with a heart warming smile upon greeting you at their entrance and they really do work fast! Not to forget they are like a walking encyclopedia of desserts!! Their menu is straightforward and simple that are well crafted and thought of with sections of plated desserts, ice cream and cakes! You can also bring wines to drink and enjoy for a corkage of RM20.. Back to the dessert, one of their signature is this spicy yet full bodied red wine poached pear with chrysanthemum ice cream, aloe Vera jelly sprinkled on its side.. The presentation of it just looks fantastic! The first mouthful of the poached pear was pure heaven! The pear was still tender but soft enough to be chewed so effortlessly and you still can get the spicy taste of the Shiraz and some fruits and tannin from the Cabernet Sauvignon.. To me, it's just a match made in heaven with that crispy texture of the nuts and raisins goes well with the pear and the home made chrysanthemum ice cream! Hoping to return here for more dessert!

A name that is synonymous with desserts that are laid back, creative yet traditional. Have been dying to try this dessert parlor that is situated the same row as the frisky goat of ttdi.. It only requires you to leap happily through a flight of stairs that will lead you to a beautiful door with the name glistening to you and with it you will be happily greeted with a bar counter filled with elves of the foo foo that just ever so welcoming to their humble home.. The decor of this place is really homey with those comfortable sofas and chairs.. Not to forget the main attraction is that in every corner it is just that photogenic that you would have a hard time finding the ideal spot to sit! After finding an ideal spot, you're presented a compact and well crafted menu of dessert offerings that just surprised you in every word.. The one that caught our eyes would be their Balsamic Vinegar ice cream which seems to be a rare thing and only heard of on food programs.. But you could get it here! So for just Rm9 you are being presented with a simplistic presentation of an ice cream made with pure balsamic vinegar and the best part is, it's home made and natural; no preservatives so which ideally means you gotta eat fast before it turns to balsamic vinegar sauce.. Truly enjoyable and excellent service! Another perk is you can bring your wines over with a fee of RM20! More reasons for me to enjoy desserts and wines

Taking a memory stroll back to Christmas markets with this masala-spiced tender bulbous poached pear (flavor alike mulled wine) paired with homemade rose petal ice cream and a walnut tuille 🍐🍷🌹 In lieu with Happy Earth Day to not waste and inspired, shall poach my leftover pears and match it with some ginger snaps over the weekend 🌎💗

A flight of stairs leads up to a Zen-like sanctuary, furnished to swoon minimalists at heart. The span of desserts here, however, is anything but minimal. Foo Foo's thoughtful menu speaks innovation and passion, with house-made ice cream leading the line of plated desserts. You won’t get red velvet here, but, you will find many interesting marriages of flavours like the Almond Brioche with Spicy Chocolate Gelato (RM27) and Masala-Spiced, Red Wine Poached Pear with Rose Petal Ice Cream (RM29). You can also get individual scoops of their ice cream at RM9.

Buttery short crust filled with frangipane, homemade strawberry compote & crème pâtissière topped with sliced strawberries and balsamic vinegar ice cream.

Love the idea of balsamic vinegar ice cream, the sour hint pair perfectly with strawberry. Together with the hint of almond from frangipane and the sweet strawberry compote. Extra creamy and refreshing texture from the perfectly made crème pâtissière ♡.
. I also like the ambiance and service from this dessert place. Its warm, cozy and quiet. You can really sit down have a cup of tea and enjoy the perfect dessert.
