A rare day where I had prata for brunch and nasi lemak and beef rendang for dinner at Fusion Spoon, a basement food court at Singapore Botanic Gardens (near the carpark) which I didn’t know existed. The nasi lemak and beef rendang was $8 plus GST, no service charge. The sambal was really amazing, I loved it. The nasi lemak itself was not bad, the rice was nice and coconut-y but portion could have been more. The price makes this probably the most value for money/cheapest main to order here! (The menu is online, there’s Japanese and Western food here too, but I think the nasi lemak is probably most worth ordering. You can have it with prawns, rendang chicken or turmeric deep fried chicken drumlet). I still maintain that the best rendang has to be the kind homecooked by aunties, but this is probably worth eating if you’re at Botanic Gardens and you’re feeling hungry 😬😌

Not bad. Value for money given the portion size. Love the tar tar mayo sauce. 😋

Don’t compare this to pizza hut. Is different. But well, it is decent and is a good single portion.

Better to have more cheese. 😂

I love the atmosphere of Fusion Spoon it’s nestled in the midst of lush botanic Gdns n has an enchanting vibe kinda :’) Lotsa food options avail frm western, local, bfast, healthy etc n I always get eggs benny haha cos it comes w orange juice which is a loveleh bfast hoho

The nut powder did not fully cover the bingsu but ours comes with vanilia ice cream that was not suppose to be there as shown in the menu.

I won’t called it a bingsu because the ice is coarse and not like those usual bingsu which supposed to be thinly shaved. Topped with mango sauce, cut mango and vanilia ice cream. Mango is a mixture of sour and sweet ones.
