Here is an innovative twist to the usual toast you have! They use lightly toasted ciabatta bread which has the crisp on the outside and fluff on the inside!! Best eaten when it's still hot. But fret not, even when it cools, IT MAINTAINS THE CRISP :')) The kaya is freshly made daily, and is not too sweet which is perfect for me! If you prefer "asian" coffee like me, their Kopi O is soooooooooooo fragrant 🖤 Now this is literally my to-go to place for "traditional" kaya toast 😋😋

This must be the best Kopi Siu Siu Dai ever. The Kopi taste was strong yet not bitter. Sweetness level just right. Suited my taste perfectly.

According to one of their staff members, this is the one and only branch. All others are closed. ☹️

Good morning! Reminishing the good old days when they were still at Telok Ayer Hong Lim Green Community Centre, where i enjoyed the breakfast overlooking the green pastures. This local kaya toast created a twist of the local kaya toast with Italian style bread, ciabatta toast and orange ciabatta toast which made me choose this over the other same types of kaya toast cafe. They claim that their granulated kaya spead is handmade daily with natural ingredients and no added preservatives. I had my usual Kopi C Kosong which didn’t dissapoint and oozy soft boiled eggs. The standard of the orange ciabatta seems to dropped a bit, the ciabatta i had was a bit tougher than normal, or perhaps i had a bad batch? Well, i will still return again next time!

We can never get enough of traditional local breakfast! Sad that the scone is not available once again but the orange ciabatta and traditional kaya toast are still as yummy as ever! And the eggs are hugeeeeee here! ^^

変わり種カヤトーストとして知られるGood Morning Nanyang Cafのチャバタトースト。

チャバッタは北イタリアで生まれ、「スリッパ」が語源の今イタリアで最も人気と言われるパンです。
発酵時間が長いため、わずかな酸味を持ち香りがいいのが特徴。
またバターや牛乳を使用していないためヘルシー。
バゲットと比べると皮が薄くサクっとしていて、大きな気泡のあるクラムはもちもち。
バターがよくしみててカヤジャムとの相性も抜群。

もう1つの変わり種メニューのOrange Ciabattaも気になる。
