a fam fav restaurant and dish. we alw get this as our go to fried rice. not too oily with each grain perfectly seperated without being too hard or mushy. prawns were plump and generous pork. it’s not the MSG kind of flavourful, but fragrant and allowing its ingredients to stand out. has wokhei

Hmmm, not as great as what I had here 1 year back. Abit disappointed, as the previous experience was really good. Overall food tend to be on the salty side.
It’s taste not bad but sitting around waterfall and have dinner is quite good.
Reserve a table early if you wish to get an unobstructed view of the waterfront— the perfect backdrop to their set dinners (from $118 per pax, minimum 4 pax). Start with the decadent Sautéed Crab Meat with Egg White & Asparagus in Truffle Oil, but look forward to their main event, the signature Roasted Peking Duck, which comes in two parts. The first features the super crispy skin that tastes amazing on its own or when dipped into salt or sugar. The juicy slices of duck meat are then served, to be wrapped in a handmade crepe, and slathered in hoisin sauce for a tinge of sweetness.

Great variety of dim sum here. Love their 流沙包 and their XO fried carrot cake which is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.
Sounds like a random place to have crabs rather than good old east coast park but the crab was so fresh the meat barely stuck on the shell. The pepper sauce was fragrant and the spicy level was shiok. Sometimes chefs put too much butter in the black pepper sauce causing it to have less peppery taste but imperial treasure does it well. If you look out from the restaurant, you can see the inside of the casino. Great view for those who do not want to enter the casino but want to see how it looks like
Really good seafood. A must have when I come here. Its definitely on the pricier end but the prawns are so fresh and fleshy. Hands down one of my favourite places to dine at
While it may be a "dupe" from the renowned Tim Ho Wan from Hong Kong, I'm pretty impressed with Imperial Treasure's quality!
Personally, I feel that it's actually better than the franchise in Singapore that uses char siew that tastes kinda fake to me. Outer shell is warm and crispy, while the inside is filled with tender pork steeped with sauce that has the right degree of saltiness 😛 I like how it's not laden with fats too cos I'm healthy like dat 💁 #likereal So happy with my discovery!
