Just great atmosphere, service and drinks. Surprisingly don't have much to say (usually long-winded AF), but this an amazingly smooth and enjoyable whisky sour β€” good deal f or happy hour.

I guess with such awesome cocktails having delectable bar bites is not surprisingly. Interesting but delicious combination of cream cheese with daikon.

I've stopped drinking alcohol for some time while I'm trying to normalise my diet, and I'm badly craving for it now! I need some sakes and cocktails...

While having drinks here one evening with a few friends from F&B industry, the server came by and dropped us this complimentary dish. It was then that I realised Jigger and Pony actually has a lean food menu that serves simple food executed very well. This is a tartare made from sweet heirloom tomatoes, served on a bed of milky burrata, spiced lightly by yuzu kosho. Simple but delicious!

I mean, look at the aesthetics of those symmetrical fruits?

The beef is lightly marinaded such that you could actually taste the flavor of the tartare. The yolk that oozes beautifully is an bonus that marries the beef together and coating the interior of your mouth with a gooiness that subtlety diminishes down your throat.
There is nothing other than beef tartare that I love better... besides flowing egg yolks of course πŸ˜‹
