Korio knocks it out of the park again! This oozy, cheesy mess of roasted cremini and shiitake are a mushroom loverโ€™s dream. Sandwiched between perfected toasted sourdough, they have also added arugula and caramelised onions to cut through some of the thickness. Iโ€™d recommend to split this with a friend though, as there really can be too much of a good thing!

We got the Biggie Croque, Tuna Melt & Breakfast Sammy, in order of most favourite to least favourite. The Breakfast Sammy (pictured) was quite salty.
Donuts were delightfully soft as always, but they could bring the sweetness down a notch for sure.

@koriosg makes beautiful ๐—ฏ๐—ฟ๐—ถ๐—ผ๐—ฐ๐—ต๐—ฒ ๐—ฑ๐—ผ๐—ป๐˜‚๐˜๐˜€ ($4.20). Sometimes it's as much about what's on the outside as the inside.

Its cloud-like fluffiness melted my heart. I was smitten by how the rich base mingled elegantly with the jam's spirited sweet-sourness. Peanut butter and textured nuts then gave more depth to this already gorg beaut.

Stunningly crisp sourdough encased rich flowy cheese. Striking cheddar sharpness blended well with the funkiness and caramelised onions' depth of sweet-acidic flavour.

Pretty damn good both times I'd tried, but there's a marked difference. Torrential๐Ÿ’ฆ molten๐Ÿ’ฆ cheese made it dreamily cheesy โ€” cheese pull dreams ain't dreams anymore. ๐Ÿคฉ

Whilst onions overpowered the cheese originally, the geyser of cheese might prove jelak and a touch more onions could help โ€” can't complain though! ๐Ÿ’ฏ

Tried the new sandwich, the Biggie Croque and it was really good. It was really rich but also very satisfying. You might want to share this if you're not a fan of rich food.

Iโ€™ve never had a donut this airy and voluminous, yet not deep fried and spongy at the edges. Slathered generously with creamy peanut butter and drizzled with sourly sweet jam, this pb&j donut had crunch and texture. ๐Ÿฉ
