Great date night ambiance with good swiss food! The Zurich style chicken ragout rosti is yummy and a must try! Rosti was crisp and well seasoned, and balanced well with the chicken ragout.

Wonderful steak at affordable price! Super worth it using Burpple beyond 1-for-1! Great for family, couple and all!

Had the Angus steak don. Very worth it with 1-1 ($29). The Japanese style steaks were done nicely! Thumbs up to the service staff as well.

MEDIUM RARE PERFECTION. Look at the pink in our prime ribeye. The fire-grilled meat definitely tasted a notch up, revealing the intense flavors that you wouldn’t get from charcoal or gas. Because the portion’s a little small, we had to savor all the succulent pieces slowly. Fyr’s caveman meat platter next? 🤔

To be honest, I am quite impressed with this Small Plate Seafood Risotto. Every spoonful of rice reminds me of lobster bisque, but the flavours are not overpowering to mask the natural taste of prawns and scallops.

First thing I have to say, is that this burger is to die for.

The burger bun is really CRISPY on the outside, just like potato crackers that you eat, and the butter smothered beneath made the buns really addictive to eat on its own.

The THICK layer of melted flavourful cheese on top of the patty would satisfy the cravings of any cheese lover, and is definitely a food-porn to look at.

The patty got to be the main show, as it was perfectly cooked medium and was BURSTING with JUICES that would send you straight up to food haven.

With beyond 1 for 1 and wonderful food and atmosphere, guys it's definitely WORTH the calories. Got to be one of the best burgers I've eaten in Singapore.

Ordered the Ultimate Beef Yard Burger ($27.90) and Signature BBQ Pork Ribs ($24.90). Decent cafe food with nice hipster vibes and definitely very worth it with Burpple’s 1-for-1!! Onsen egg and crisp thick cut fries made up for the slightly dry wagyu beef patty and pork ribs could have been more tender but were saved by a substantial refreshing side salad of mixed greens, pineapple, green apple and baby potatoes. Nice place and prices are nett, but may not go back without the deal haha.

Again, generous amount of meat in the tacos and it's damn near impossible to pick up the tacos without one or two pieces falling out(much like one of your Chao keng section mates). There's a bit of funk from the Korean soy paste(doenjang) so that's where the onions come in though they aren't particularly sharp. Meat was soft and succulent :D

One of the rare times I ventured out of conventional Asian/European cuisine and this mixed grill ($33) from Urban Bites didn’t disappoint!! Nobody says no to kebabs especially when they are as juicy and tender as these.

Personal take: Everything about this dish was great - appropriate portion size (didn’t expect a dish with just a chicken leg to be as sufficiently filling as this); taste wise - flavorful! only gripe is that the confit chicken was on the saltier side but the mash potato and Brussels sprouts were sides that helped to balance out the taste and complemented the confit chicken well. And boy did I mention I am a sucker for mash potatoes! This mash potato passes my expectations too.

Comes with: Rucola leaves, vine tomatoes, salsa verde
Personal take: The fish was fresh and cooked to the right doneness. It is definitely a good dish and a safe choice if you are not up for anything adventurous.

Service: Good
Ambience: A cosy place, slightly dim lighting which adds to the cosy and classy vibe. Went on a Sunday evening and it wasn’t too crowded. Good place for a date! 🙂

Arborio rice cooked with dashi for a Japanese touch. Topped with tempura mushroom and poached egg, it came together nicely as a Japanese inspired Italian dish that was comforting and tasty.
Featured on their #burpplebeyond menu which is a good news for many isn’t it.
