The Chocolate Zucchini Cake [$5] was interesting. I couldn’t tell there were zucchini bits inside, but one could the texture was not completely smooth. The chocolate was rich but not surfeiting. Overall, it was a very pleasant treat.

Bundt cakes are baked in a bundt pan with a hollow middle that creates desirably crusty edges that tastes delicious.

The Lemon Yoghurt Bundt Cake had a slight tang which was delightful. The spelt created a “roughish” texture in the cake which gave dimension to the otherwise smooth cake. I also got a Cold Black [$5] to go along with the lemon cake.

Visited Micro bakery🛕 some time ago and we love absolutely everything about this little cafe. With an in-house open kitchen, it was an absolute delight to see them baking in action and to have the smell of fresh bakes wafting through the cafe!🥖 Love their quality bakes and hearty breakfast options as well such as their scrambled egg free-range toast and kanelbullar which is a swedish cinammon roll.👍

Super glad we went on the weekend they were having an in-house special of sourdough egg tarts.🥰 Got them as soon as they came out of the oven so they were piping hot!!🔥 Their sourdough crust was super flaky and crispy and their custard filling was so light and creamy, almost reminiscent of Portuguese egg tarts. Instantly became a huge fan of their egg tart but it's such a pity that it's a time-limited special on the menu.😭 Please bring them back soon and we'll definitely head down to support!!☕

their scrambled egg fame is the reason why we didn't mind paying $6 more for scrambled eggs alongside our 𝙍𝙞𝙘𝙤𝙩𝙩𝙖 𝙏𝙖𝙧𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙚 [$15]. the scrambled eggs really met all my (already high) expectations, being perfectly cooked, looking softly set and slightly runny on top. it also had a distinct buttery aroma that left me craving for more!
the serving of ricotta atop the sourdough slice was generous, and was smooth and light in flavour. a slice of sourdough, ricotta, their sweet cherry tomatoes and runny scrambled eggs really made my day pls...
the only drawback was that it was, at first, a little hard to cut into the sourdough crust because it was a really hard but it's ok it softened after a while haha

Passed by micro a few times and saw this cake waving at me .

6 dollars is a little too much to pay I feel for a cake this size but since there’s a special occasion to celebrate -
Just this once !

I love the deep flavours of the cake but the dark chocolate chunks were slightly too big and too evident- wished they were a little more subtle.

Pretty moist and not too sweet.

Pleasant afternoon treat .

If this was priced a little more affordable ......

The coffee is strong and smooth at $6.

Kaya Toast at $7 seems a little pricey. Not your usual toast, the toast itself carries notes of sourdough and the texture is firm and slightly chewy.

The Pandan Kaya was thick and rich but not too sweet. Butter adds a salty note and goes well with the kaya.

Personally not a fan of sourdough but if you are, you are likely to enjoy this 😊.
