Matcha latte was pre-made and stored in fridge. Taken out and warmed in the kitchen. Dunno why the cup was not full, which was ok, cos it was very very sweet and I stop drinking after 2 sips. Despite the sugar, it was thick and smooth, with good matcha taste.

This is completely a case of expectation vs reality as I was rather disappointed by the Fujiyama burger as it was simply beef with a hard boiled egg

Uji Macha pudding is very smooth with a refreshing bitter sweet taste. Would come back for this pudding again! Yummy!

Had beef teriyaki wrap which was really yummy for about $5. Teriyaki meat is soft, juicy and flavourful. Just wished they didnt add so much mayo on it. Hamburger patty rice set a bit disappointing, dry meat and just doesnt go well with the rice and sauce.

Mos Burger is my preferred fast food choice and hence, i decided to give the cafe version a try. Nothing really special, just options of don.. much prefer their burger menu ..

salmon don - verdict - so so only

Everything about this looks so good! However, I feel that the taste can be improved, maybe because I'm not a big fan of whipped cream 😅

Still, the other dishes from Mos Cafe looks good, so maybe I will try that next time instead. But just the matcha dessert, was pretty disappointing I must say. 🙃

A new concept in mos burger. More choices and good for those that prefer rice than burger.

Mos Cafe is Mos' flagship outlet. It is still like a regular self-service fast food restaurant, but with more elaborate menu. One of the exclusives here is this tower burger which is inspired by the Japan's Tokyo Tower. It's a cross between their "Mos Burger" and their "Wagyu Burger", with sauce from the former and double patties from the latter. I prefer it with demi-glace sauce though.

It's big, so there's no way you could fit this burger into your mouth.. Ask for a fork and knife :)

One of the Muji-Styled Japanese meals at a cheaper price and it's tasty too.

the first to open in sg with additional items on the menu to promote healthier lifestyle perhaps with offerings like vegetable smoothie and chicken and avocado rice bowl. .

But this parfait itself wasn’t enough to satisfy my AmaSoy matcha ice-cream craving, oh well.

Currently at a stage where I've to make one of the biggest decisions in my life, this weekend's gonna be a long one 😔
Chances. Changes. Choices.

Holy cow! It may not look like it but this is possibly the best beefy burger MOS Burger Singapore has ever had. The double beef patties were juicy and they had some thickness, which is different from those dry and miserable patties at McD and BK (personal opinion).

Besides the savory beef patties, there were lotsa crunchy and caramelised onions (hurray!), fresh and juicy tomatoes, cheese and ham!

It would've topped my chart of best fast food beef burger if the cheese melted a little, used bacon instead of ham, added more cheese and don't press my bun! Hahaha 😁

Wrote about my mos cafe experience here in my blog. Link in bio 😛

Wish that the toasts are crispy, which will be easier to slice with the not sharp knife.

😍 It comprises of fresh veges, banana, milk & spoonfuls of honey. NO ICE so it's really concentrated and full of goodness! 👍🏻
------
Wagyu Beef Burger ($4.85) was so tender and probably one of the best burger in MOS 🍔 Teriyaki Chicken Tortilla Salad ($4.90) - I expect a small portion for that price but it was quite huge! Would love this for a healthy fix.
------
Matcha Parfait ($3.95) - cheapest parfait in town? 🍨 We loved the Icecream, generous serving of red bean and granola 😋

No iced coffee, no iced matcha latte, limited desserts. Oh well. The food is passable lah.

Tempt me to go Japan only.
This burger is good though.

For a while now, I've been eyeing the hot version of the Wagyu Brothers (a pair of premium beef burgers from Mos Burger) and the recently re-introduced Tobikiri Wagyu Burger. Today, my curiosity was satisfied.
Just to be clear, I am not comparing these patties to those made from scratch at cafes and restaurants. As they've been manufactured for mass fast food consumption, it means I had to manage my expectations. However, for the price, I thought they were pretty good.
Both burgers looked about 15% to 20% larger than Mos Burger's standard offerings. I honestly can't say their premium Wagyu beef patties were all that better/different from the usual ones except for the bigger size and a slightly smoother texture.
Pictured on the left is the Tobikiri Burger ($6.95 with cheese, $6.65 without). The name means "super" in Japanese and it lived up to it. With lots of teriyaki sauce and a fried egg (no runny yolk unfortunately), tomato slice and lettuce packed in with the beef, this was the sweeter burger of the two.
The hot Wagyu Brother ($5.25 with cheese, $4.95 without) had a slice of lightly grilled tomato and the same minced meat chilli con carne-like sauce that's found in the Spicy Mos Burger. I thought this burger was decent but it paled in "shiok-ness" next to the Tobikiri. Somehow, all the ingredients in that tasted more cohesive.
