The baguette was still good, ckn nothing wrong but very normal

It's got some bite. Rather sweet, less umami

It has that intensity, very sweet as authentic ones should be, but again it's missing a little sth. The flavour is not quite right

The bread is good. Crackling exterior and quite soft inside. Pate was lovely as well. Overall it's still missing a little umami, but still very good already for Singapore standards
