Just like I remembered - soft fluffy steamed bread buns, crisply breaded fish fillets, tartar sauce, and American cheese. Yummy.

Serving time was fast and my food was hot. You can dine-in but I chose to takeout and sit at the seats outside Decathlon (located right beside the restaurant), where you can watch people play basketball or do sports around the area while enjoying your burger.

Launch your McDonald’s app everyday to get a go at the Christmas lucky draw, where you can get food coupons like this. $2 for this burger is great although you’d have to purchase something else for this deal to be valid. They don’t let you stack coupons either.

I liked the combination of the sweet maple cake and the salty sausage. Small portion yet filling. Thankfully I didn't get the egg, cheese and sausage version. .

This sausage McGriddle with egg ($6.80 with meal) was amazing!!! They replaced the usual bread with hot cakes and honey sauce which was very soft and the taste blended very well with the burger fillings. Would highly recommend trying before they stop selling it 😋

The saltiness did not match well with the chocolate which one would expect to be sweet. This rendition of the molten chocolate filled #chocolatepie might have tried to be a dark choc version but it wasn't rich and bitter enough.
On the flip side, tt in fact makes it not jelat. One can easily finish the entire pie alone.

The patties seem thinly sliced but for that price is pretty much alright. 🐳🐳....

After a long term disappearance, the popular McGriddles made an aggressive comeback with its availability through the whole day. Depending on how different restaurants prepare it, some would come with gooey cheese, while others were served lukewarm with the cheese shape pretty much intact.

The main difference from the standard SME is that the English muffins were replaced with maple syrup “embedded” griddle cakes. As far as I am concerned, most restaurants should prepare ample stock of this to please the soccer fanatics during the FIFA World Cup period, but I would not be surprised if these 24-hour branches would run out of stock quickly.

The bigger question is whether the McGriddles will remain in the menu after this promotion period.

It's really not too bad for fast food. 😂

One of the promotional items during the launch of Despicable Me 3 theme in McDonald's is this Banana Mudpie McFlurry (S$2.90). Well given that the ice cream soft serve is made of banana-flavoured milk (think Dutch Lady), pairing it with chocolate would be the safest bet. But what's nice about this is that there is some crunch from the Oreo cookies, making this a pretty enjoyable dessert.

Though there's nothing really special about this other than the shapes, the Minion Potatoes will probably put some smiles on children's faces.
