The restaurant features a Theatre Kitchen โ€“ watch the chefs showcase their culinary magic ร  la minute over apple-wood fired grills, brick pizza oven and tandoor oven. The Restaurant is led by Italian Executive Chef and Director of Food, Beverage and Culinary Operations Giovanni Speciale, who brings more than two decades of expertise honed across extensive experience in Four Seasons properties in Europe, the Middle East and Asia. He leads the expert team of trained chefs and local cuisine chefs who have featured in food festivals abroad.

Excellent rendition of this dish from Marseille, although surprisingly they donโ€™t have aioli or croutons.
