We were really very excited to try this buffet that advertise as unlimited 55 fine dining food menus. Firstly, the seafood platter in the picture is only limited to 1 serving per person so that's not unlimited. (We wouldn't have ordered extra even if it's unlimited as the quality was so bad. The oysters had smell so we had small bite and left it). The other items are not fantastic too... totally not recommended.
3⭐ Saw on HSBC wow that there's 1 for 1 Lunch Buffet at Conrad Oscar's Cafe so I make a reservation and here we are. The lunch buffet are all cooked food and we ordered all the dishes at least once. We only ordered the salted egg prawn and white wine clams again. Well, the buffet is forgettable, I wanted to give it a try since it's $39++ which is almost equivalent to dining for 2 at a restaurant.

My second time back to Oscar's this month. With 55 items and oysters on the lunch menu, this is one of the best hotel lunch buffets in town. The food quality is also pretty good with some items that are really yummy like the smokey wok fried hor fun, steam halibut and pandan kopi o tiramisu. Highly recommending this buffet!
Oscar's was having a national day ala carte buffet promotion and I wanted to try the concept. Turned out I do like the ala varte buffet style of ordering for your food and having them come out plated just for you. Food was hot when it should be, cold when it should be too, and I really enjoyed all the items I ordered, except for some desserts that missed the mark.
Some dishes to highlight would be the pork slider, ribeye, truffle pasta, duck confit, burrata, creme brulee, strawberry shortcake and macarons.
Overall, I highly recommend this buffet. Just remember to go on a super empty stomache because you will be very full!

For a hotel buffet spread, the desserts at Oscar’s Sunday Brunch spread is really quite on point. We were pleasantly surprised, not to mention the free flow Mövenpick ice-cream counter, our favourite convenient Swiss ice-cream brand.
One of the highlights for us at ‘The Endless Sunday Brunch’ is definitely the live station featuring freshly grilled lobsters and giant clams. We find that the overall quality of the buffet is much better than our last visit at least a year ago.
In a world where prices are going up, the Sunday Brunch Buffet price has been revised downwards from $108++ to $98++ per person.
What better way to prep yourself for the week ahead than with an all-you-can-eat (and drink) brunch with your mates on a Sunday? Spend your time at the seafood bar and select from a huge variety of freshly shucked oysters, crabs, lobsters, prawns and scallops. Pair all that with free flow Champagne Brut, premium wines, draft and craft beers, Gin and Tonic, Bloody Mary and Gold Brew Negroni for an additional $60.
Buffet Prices: Sunday Brunch (from $118).

Note: Chope! offers a 20% discount which brings it to $101.69 and $167.60 nett respectively.
Overall, it was an amazing experience from the very start. All the staff (Both the service attendants and the chefs) had exemplary customer service, at least compared to most Singaporean F&B establishments. I thoroughly enjoyed the food, service, ambience and it was an excellent Sunday brunch. I can’t compare it to any other’s but definitely felt that it was a 3H well-spent. Despite having a huge variety of food on offer, the restaurant manages to maintain an outstanding quality for most of the dishes on offer.
Taste: 9/10
Ambience: 8/10
Price: 7.5/10 (With 20% Chope! Vouchers)
Overall: 8.5/10 (Highly recommend for a slow brunch where the focus is on enjoying the huge variety AND quality of food on offer with like-minded loved ones)

I only ate one each. Wife says I come to buffet not worth it. She loves oysters so she had quite a bit. Don’t like slipper lobsters, if only they had Boston 🦞.
