Happy Hour: happy TGIF everyone, in case you don't already know. Each glass of this baby (whiskey sour) is ONLY at $10/gls. And don't worry, there are other housepour and cocktails, for you to choose from. And if you spend $50 at Red Tail, you get an entry into Zouk.
The bartender was lovely that night, as we drink our night away, the glass got stronger, and definitely more yummier. Hint of sour and sweet blended well into the whiskey, this is definitely a ladies drink.

Scotch Century Egg ($9)

After salted egg comes the next craze in Century Egg! So much love ๐Ÿ’• for this ang mo take on a very asian ingredient. Smooth silky century egg, crispy shell topped with that crunchy ginger and shallot dressing. Really enjoyed the flavours on this one๐Ÿ˜‹!

Something about Zouk lends itself nicely to large group outings, and Zoukโ€™s first venture into food, Red Tail Bar at Clarke Quay, is perfect for both chill out sessions as well as celebrations. Spend quality time with friends over small sharing plates like the Scotch Century Egg ($9), Coffee Pork Collar ($18) and Shoe String Fries ($10) โ€” we recommend topping the latter with lup cheong and cheese, or for something heartier, get the Yun Cheong Thin Crust Pizza ($25) to share. The house-made pizza dough is topped with caramelised onions, fried shallots, string cheese and Chinese liver sausage. Zouk, being Zouk, knows its way around drinks too. Try the cocktails inspired by famous party districts around the world like Lan Kwai Fong in Hong Kong and Itaewon in Seoul (from $18), prices are nett!
Avg Price: $40 per person with drinks

Menchi Katsu Burger ($18)

What do you do when you love both pork and beef? Consider this: Kurobuta Pork ๐Ÿ–and minced Beef ๐Ÿ‚ made into one juicy tantalizing patty then topped with seeded aioli and tonkatsu sauce and serve with a crispy Brioche bun.

Enjoyed the patty! Golden brown on the outside, moist, thick and meaty inside. Fries ๐ŸŸwere also really generous and crispy!

Yun Cheong Thin Crust Pizza ($25)

Somehow, these days, picking dishes on a menu seems to be a breeze! Calling out to me at newly opened @redtailbarsg is this Yun Cheong Thin Crust Pizza! Who would have thought of adding lup cheong to pizza๐Ÿค”?!

The combination of flavours actually worked perfectly! Upon the service, I could instantly detect the distinct aromas of liver lup cheong! The chinese liver sausage bits really made this pizza the most unforgettable one for me by reminding me of how I used to really enjoy lup cheong and drizzling the lup cheong oil all over my riceโ˜บ๏ธ!!

Man... This pizza... Is DA BOMBZ! It comes with caramelized onions, fried shallots, string cheese and... this is where the magic comes from โ€“ Chinese liver sausage! Whoever thought of this is a genius! Obviously it's not for everyone but the fragrant aromatics on this was totally up my alley. I could have easily finished the entire thing on my own ๐Ÿ˜‚#Burpproved
