Wow, I like cheesecakes and burnt cheesecakes took it to a whole new level, it tastes so rich and milky! Chill place with pleasant food here. Really friendly staff, recommended me to try their original burnt cheesecakes first before trying houjicha. There are so many other items from menu that I want to try but I only got one stomach 🌚 I will be back

Kins’ Burnt Cheesecake $7.50++
Matcha Latte $6++
Houjicha Latte Iced $7++

Craving for cheesecake? Why not have a burnt cheesecake or properly known as Basque cheesecake?

Burnt cheesecake has become a very popular dessert in Singapore. Although it’s not the prettiest looking dessert around, it definitely will satisfy one’s tastebuds.

Check out The Kins’ at Pasir Panjang. A chill, relaxed cafe that does a great version of it. The burnt cheesecake is soft, light and creamy and makes it easy for one to have it without sharing with anyone. The burnt top combined with the oozy, molten centre of cream cheese made it a heavenly delight. I could have two of that if I didn’t need to watch my calorie and fat intake.

Crispy fries, generous portion of fish fillet.
Dijon mustard mayo dressing.
Interesting texture.
Not bad.

Pledging allegiance to this nearby cafe for desserts and coffee lol. I really enjoy their vibes! A recent addition to their menu, the hojicha burnt cheesecake is a creamy treat. I’d recommend sharing this with someone else or it may get a bit too much!

Savoury and literally painful to eat, both saucy and tangy with a pinch of spiciness. This is not the creamy type yet it is smooth.

Hojicha Burnt Cheesecake?? Yes please! 😊😋 You know how Hojicha is always being overshadowed by Matcha, so I'm glad that @thekinscafe came up with a Hojicha version of the burnt cheesecake. The Hojicha was prominent, and the level of sweetness wasn't too overwhelming either. Delightfully light and creamy at certain parts and denser at others, there was a good variation in textures, though some might find some portions a tad dry. Still a cake that I would totally have again though! .
