Revitalise with a bowl of Double-boiled Fish Maw Nourishing Soup ($28++) at Copthornekings Tien Court! 😍
.
Featuring a rich & milky broth boiled down over 6 hours 🔥 using only chicken collagen & snow fungus, you can taste the ultimate essence in every drop! 🤤 Paired with soft tendon, fish maw & dried scallops, this sure makes a hearty bowl! 🥣

This is not your usual kind of orh luak, this was thin and crispy and the oysters that came with it was deep fried. But the oysters themselves still retain their plumpness and juice, exploding in your mouth as you eat it.

It’s not often that you see pork shoulder being used in a Chinese dish but this was executed so well! The matcha powder might seem a bit gimmicky but it went well with the meat, recommended!

We ended the meal with a tasting portion of Homemade Tau Suan with Freshly Grated Orange Peel, Gingko and Fried Dough Fritter ($6++/portion) that was paired with Signature Teochew Crispy Noodle ($20++/S, $30++/M) The latter was my first time trying it and also claimed my last "wow". This was a savoury dessert that brought me back to simpler times. A simple looking dish, packed with flavours. The orange peel in the Tau Suan also elevated the traditional dessert as well.

The loudest "wow" that came with a "that's insanely good" was reserved for the Signature Braised White Teat Sea Cucumber In Oyster Sauce ($28++/portion). I never knew Sea Cucumber could be deep fried like this! It looked so deceiving that we thought it was a piece of pork crackling when it was served. But this was oh so good! Recommended!

A "wow" escaped me when I had the Double Boiled Fish Maw Nourishing Soup ($28++). The rich and milky broth’s richness warmed my soul and the spoonfuls of fish maw and soft tendons had me emptying my bowl in record time.

The Deep Fried Glutinous Rice with Minced Chicken ($7++), in the shape of adorable chicks, made us go "wow" with its presentation. Tastes good as well!

The salted egg custard inside was lava enough and not sweet so quite nice. Sweet Liu Sha bao is not my thing. But the bao skin was quite thick which was a pity.

This was basically just noodles, scallion slices and mushrooms. But it was flavorful and simple. I liked it more than the fried rice.

Good to order carbs when feeding a whole table of hungry people. This fried rice was not oily and ingredients quite plentiful.

Still crispy even when drenched in sauce. Not too sweet with a nice zing.

Oooh these had a garlicky fragrance that I loved. Spinach was soft and easy to chew. Not bitter at all. Made me feel healthy too. I adored the skin. So thin yet chewy. The prawns inside were of cos fantastic. One of my fav.

The sauce at the bottom was a bit bland for me but bcos of that, I could taste the sweetness of the scallops. Very fresh.

I order these every time I come here. Lots of plump bouncy prawns inside. Very fresh. Skin was thin. Much prefer these to their new truffle ones.

Got lots of hot soup inside. Meat was juicy and no bad porky smell. Very yummy.

These were pan fried but not oily. Very soft and flavorful, studded with bits of lap cheong inside. Edges were crispy 👍🏻

One of the best I’ve ever tried. The tart shell was warm, crispy and flaky. So buttery too. Egg custard was creamy without being too sweet. Delicious!
