A rare dish to find at zichar stalls. Okay maybe this is a restaurant. This is not the ee mee you find at zichar. Only mushrooms but who cares? $8 but who cares? I love ee mee.

It’s a simple dish but the simpler the item the harder it is to execute. Rather than eating plain rice we eat this fried bee HOON with our other dishes. It is served here with ι’ιΎ™θœ or a type of chives. This is a medium sized portion for $15

Here's another interesting dish from Ting Heng. Instead of Hokkien fried mee they came up with the rice version. It may not be as good as the noodle dish but it's tasty and great for those who love rice. Yummy. Posted by Ah Leong San 2015 August 20.

Was puzzled by its name till it arrives. The raw egg does look like a moon. Mixed it up with the piping hot hor fun and it's really smooth and tasty. Good wok hei too. Posted by Ah Leong San 2015 August 20

Fried fish paste has a smoky flavor to it while the fried beancurd skin retains its softness while the outer layer remains cripsy. Enoki mushrooms were extremely crunchy, coupled with the sauce it was fantastic. The whole dish was infused with fragrant, addictive garlic taste which impressed me. Must order.

Chose pomfret for their signature fish steamboat, the fish was fresh and portion is enough for two. The fried fish slices was really fragrant even after being in the broth. Handmade fishball and meatballs were bouncy and of standard. Yam was also present in the broth with lots of other ingredients. Not the typical kind of steamboat broth, I would recommend to give it a try for its novelty and taste. This place also serves seafood and zhi char dishes.
