I love eggs but I’m not a fan of hard boiled eggs; so when I actually have them, they gotta be the hanjuku, ramen flavour egg kinda. For $2.50, 7-11 gives me these hanjuku eggs (2 in a packet) with the perfect yolk texture, something you’d probably find of the same standard in a Japanese ramen shop. It’s soaked in a Japanese style marinade which feels very much like light soya sauce. I often don’t eat it by itself, but I do know it’s possible to eat it and drink the marinade as well🤯 but I personally like to add this as a complement with a hot cup of instant noodles, or any other rice dish! I actually appreciate 7-11 so much for the accessibility to such amazing small finger food!

Only people who have tried this will understand when I say that this chicken biryani seriously gets you REAL GOOD! Just because it’s from 7-11 doesn’t make it any less legit, or any less delicious. And with all the biryanis I’ve eaten at coffee shops, this can easily be on par with them! This butter chicken biryani is both buttery and spicy, with chicken chunks soaked in the thick gravy. The amount of basmati rice was good, but I just wished there was more chicken and the gravy to be spicier. But for $3.90, what more can I ask?

Mr softee soft serve has a unique creamy and soft texture - something like the ikea soft serve. While I found the chendol overwhelmingly sweet, it definitely does have the strong gula Melaka sugar that people with a sweet tooth would love. I’d rather their original mr softee! But with their innovation, it’s definitely worth the try if you are in a mood for a sweet dessert.

Tastewise, it has a very strong ginger flavour

I would prefer if the chicken rice onigri have a bit of chili sauce in it so as tp contrast the strong gingery flavour

Taste wise, the chili crab sauce is really good; very spicy and tasted similar the the chili crab sauce in most famous seafood restaurants

And also I like how generous they are with the portions of crab meat in the onigri

Finally found the @angkukuehgirl bag in @7elevensg which is free with purchase of 3 @tasteasiasg items.
Bought breakfast combo (S$3) which consisted of Mee rebus (S$2.90) and a choice of drink (hot americano, soya milk, or 100+). Great deal but the blur blur staff only allowed hot americano.
Didn’t give me receipt until I asked for it. And didn’t give the QR code which one could scan for points. Sad 😞 my points fly away.
