Dinner here isn't very expensive, it starts at $117++ for a 4-course dinner, and you'll still get the 4 Alma snacks and end with petit fours. Lunch is competitively priced from $39++, although no snacks (amuse bouche) would be served during lunch.

For their refreshed 6 course dinner menu, they served this "Truffle", which is actually a dessert comprised of houjicha, chestnut and caramel, then served with freshly grafted truffles.

Their 6 course dinner ($158) comes with some noteworthy dishes. I was very impressed with their snacks. Their reinterpretation of black olive is showcased via a black olive crisp, tomato jelly and Roma tomato tartare spiced with cinnamon and honey. Labneh, a middle eastern staple is swirled in before being topped by deep fried kale. Expect a symphony of different flavours and textures all in one.

Alma has refreshed its dinner menu, due to availability of different ingredients during different seasons. Still one of the more affordable places for an excellent Michelin-starred dinner.

Starting the 6 course menu is this Hokkaido scallop enriched with soft texture and natural sweetness of eel that was smoked. Being the appetizer to the meal, it was also refreshed with passionfruit and vanilla, and freshly grated frozen wasabi.
