i think i'm just not a fan of AAA sorbets🥲 i didn't like their fruity and oatside sorbets so i tried this choc pb banana one which sounded SO GOOD but...sticking to nutty party...
have had acai from quite a few brands and none of them match up to AAA’s 😛 i agree that the quality can sometimes be inconsistent but they are super generous with the toppings!!! i love LOVE my nuts and this rly delivers in that aspect. you’re guaranteed to have a crunch in every mouthful 👌🏻 the price is also reasonable for the portion imo. the medium we got was perfect shared between two and could be a meal if i had it on my own.
Açai, banana, granola, nuts, cacao nibs. $9.90 for a medium cup. Just a nice size for a light snack.
For $14.90, we got a large Triple A Açai bowl with Almond butter (choice of topping includes Almond butter, peanut butter, cookie butter etc.)
Amount was very filling for 2 pax for after lunch snack! 🙂
As a huge huge fan of acai, I must say that acai affair really serves up the best cup of acai out of all the other places I've tried. The acai has a great consistency of sorbet like texture, neither too icy nor too watery. I love the generosity of granola, chia seed and sunflower seeds topped as well. It also has 2 layers of granola and nut butter, once on top and another in the middle. I've been here almost 20 over times now, and I've never been once disappointed. The quality served is always consistently good regardless of who the server is. Even though acai bowls in itself is pretty costly, I've found myself unable to resist coming here. Highly recommended!
Coconut sorbet mixed with acai. I still prefer normal acai but this is a pleasant twist if you want smth different
Triple a is my favourite and I’ve only gotten that over the numerous times I’ve come here. Topped with almond butter and no granola, this is my favourite dessert
I loved this. There was a generous dollop of chia seed pudding at the bottom. Eating this cup of açaí felt like digging through a treasure trove to find the long awaited treasure of glorious chia seed pudding at the bottom of the cup. Yummy and refreshing, it was well made for a light dinner.
Triple A: Acai with fresh fruits and superfoods (ie Goji berries, chia seeds, coconut shavings)
2. Coco-glow: Acai with coconut sobert, fresh fruits and superfoods
Açai base: Their açai base tasted very chocolatey and was really TOO sweet for my liking. I would rate the sweetness level 8/10 and it make me feel super jelat, sinful and diabetic after finishing the large size. I think people with a sweeter tooth would probably love their açai blend. For a person who love the natural taste of berries, especially how the subtle sweetness is coupled with slight tanginess, I feel that the açai tangy taste is masked by the STRONG chocolatey aftertaste. Nonetheless, I really applauded them for their concentrated açai blend that was not too icy not too melted when served… just that i really find it overly sweet
Coconut Sorbet: For the coco glow, the layers of coconut sorbet really added a nice icy and refreshing texture to the açai blend. As the coconut sorbet is slightly less sweet (6.5/10) than the açai base and was icy, it toned down the overall sweetness of the whole bowl (which was less jelat for me). However, I was quite disappointed because the coconut flavour profile was really mild and subtle and was easily masked by the chocolatey-tasting acai base. Wished the coconut flavour was more pronounced. I kind of feel like rather than complementing with the açai blend, the addition of the coconut sorbet was just to make it less sweet but also diluted at the same time.
Between their triple A and coco-glow, I would recommend the triple A although it was sweeter…probably because i feel that when people eat açai bowls, they would want it to be concentrated rather than diluted. The addition of the coconut sorbet was refreshing/less jelat but it didn’t gave me the “complete” feels that i am having an açai bowl.

Havent had acai in a while, felt like the consistency of their acai became better. This place is v generous w toppings!
the combination of the fruits, granola, almond butter, and other toppings made this so yummy!!! i love how generous they are with the toppings 👍🏼 if you are a fan of acai, u’ve got to try this!!! one of the most satisfying bowls of acai i’ve ever had (‘: the large size is just nice for a meal haha 💯 and the ambience here is great!! love the aesthetic wall, perfect for taking photos 🌈 would highly recommend almond butter or cookie butter! both are amazing 🥰
Best value for açai, the amount of toppings they give and the combination is the best! Even if you’re not a health enthusiast, this tastes very good. Love it!
One of the most value for money Acai out there. Got a Triple A - filled to the brim with pumpkin seeds, granola, almond flakes, blueberries, strawberries, bananas, gogi berries and cocoa nibs. Has a nice crunch, with the cold Acai and sauces. Choice of 3 sauces - almond butter, honey or peanut butter. They are super generous with their fruits, toppings and the sauces. And it’s perfectly customisable - I always ask for less sauce, more seeds, less granola etc and always get my perfectly customised bowl.
And what’s more u get cash back with fave pay! Cheaper than most Acai bowls out there, yet more generous with toppings, sauces and Acai!!! 5/5 ❤️
It’s no longer on Burpple Beyond but I loved it so much that I would purchase it on its full price. I love the colourful array of fruits on the purple sand of acai, with yummy coconut-y goodness at the bottom of the cup. The acai also has an aftertaste of dark chocolate which I enjoyed.
Coco Glow with cookie butter is the best choice for anyone who's looking for a sweet fix, especially on a hot day that Singapore usually has.
Triple A is a good basic, introductory "course" into the (addictive) acai world.
so sad Acai Affair @ Katong is no longer available on Burpple Beyond even though Burpple listed only Coco Glow as the one that would be taken off the list.
But! Nonetheless, Acai Affair is still my favourite what with their acai always tasting as if they added so much sugar syrup - made even better with their generous serving of toppings.
awesome acai and service that keeps me coming back for more! 🥰
Triple A is always a homerun for me!!
Tried Triple A, Nutty Party and the one with coconut sorbet and all did not disappoint! The choice of butter was a surprise as many places did not offer this. Tried the almond butter (healthier) and cookie butter (for those with sweet tooth) and both were very yummy! The place is not kids friendly tho. Will definitely be back for more!
omG ISSA CRIMINOLOGY limbu 4 g0t d buBble piXes 🤧 buT PRETTY ACAI TO MAKE UP FOR IT with a solid 7/11! go to acai place truly and forrealZies like it when they’re so accommodating w me no crunchy granola/pumpkinsids/ almond flakds request (bcos then can truly taste the açai only for whatever beauty it holds) n the 1-1 just makes me feel less guilty abt constantly gettin acai okthxbye
Not great would recc getting acai instead of this, very tasteless after the 2nd bite
